Job Description
Major tasks and responsibilities1. Prepare IT plan on the basis of Company business requirements. Prepare IT Performance Contract
(PC).2. Formulate and implement Company IT policies implementing Global IT standards. Develop awareness
among the users of these policies and standards. 3. Lead a team to maintain smooth operation of the existing IT system in place that includes computer
system with all peripherals IT and network equipment. 4. Perform installation, maintenance and configuration of equipment of PC (desktop, laptop, handheld
devices), hubs, routers, modems, network access points, printers, scanners, multimedia projectors, etc.
5. Perform installation, maintenance and configuration of call center network for smooth operations. 6. Monitor the performance of office data and internet connectivity, Wi-Fi coverage and signal strength,
access control system, IP telephony system, telephones, security cameras and DVRs, power backup system, etc.
7. Ensure that all the software licenses are renewed and updated on a regular basis. 8. Responsible for providing appropriate technical assistance and solutions to the users in prompt and
efficient manners.9. Ensure continuous follow ups and proper escalations of the un-resolved problems with the vendors
and other departments.10. Ensure excellent team performance through performance monitoring and taking initiatives for keeping
the team members up to date with the knowledge and applications of latest technological advancements.
11. Ensure the quality of services and goods supplied by the Vendors / Service providers as per our standard and specification. Maintain Vendors/suppliers relationship for IT products/services.
12. Analyze the Businesses and users requirement (new requirement, maintenance & services for both applications and infrastructure).
13. Ensure that IT controls are in place. Manage and maintain proper procedures for protecting possible loses of information and IT assets.
14. Develop and review disaster recovery procedure and Business Continuity Plan.15. Regular feedback and reporting to CTO regarding IT activities.16. Supervise and monitor team performance and initiating to develop team members and manage and
excellent team for organizational output.
17. Perform any other job task assigned from time to time.
