SUMMER INTERNSHIP2013- HDFC Life Insurance Co. Ltd

HDFC Life Insurance is pleased to offer an extensive 6-8 Weeks Summer Internship forstudents.

HDFC LIFE is currently offering two training modes Summer internship for 4 -6 weeksand Industry Integrated on the job training for 6 months in the field of HR /Finance / Sales & Marketing, depending on the candidates specialization in relevantsubject and interest.

The idea of such a training program is to allow the students to penetrate into theprofessional world even while they are studying. Students will undergo Training acrossthe verticals to have an exposure of company as a whole.

Students will work under the guidance of their project coordinator along with the branchtrainer.

Students would be associated with the Company only as trainee and under nocircumstances they would be treated as an employee of the Company. Hence, studentswould not be entitled to any benefits payable to employees on the roles of the Company.

Please note that on completion of the training period the Company reserves the righteither to abrogate or to extend the training period based on business requirements.

Students would get stipend on meeting the minimum requirements and Studentsengagement as Project Trainee can be terminated by giving 15 days notice and withoutassigning any reasons for such termination.

Annexure 1

Students will be exposed to the functioning of all the verticals of the company butwill be mainly associated with Retail & Channel Development.

Project will be on Recruitment & Activization of Financial Consultant

All students will undergo 2 days of classroom training to under the processes ofthe company and the project.

The other aspect of training is Product Knowledge, Financial PortfolioManagement and understanding financial market from the view of Sales &

Marketing

Students trainee profile will get upgraded to team handling profile based on theperformance of the first month. (Meeting minimum criteria in terms of number &quality)

Remuneration:

1.) BBA student will be paid Rs1200/- per Recruitment (License) & Active

Financial Consultant.

This payout is as per the current structure, which may change in new Financialyear, formal communication will be sent regarding the same.
