• 3/25 or 10% would NOT like to see these changes to the JCP Kiosk or a text/email program

•Most felt these capabilities would increase their chances of going to/being on time for work

Proposed Solution

• More effective/interactive communication within the company • Change in the employee associate kiosk

Alternatives• Increased strict attendance and dress policies, etc.

JCPenney Company Recommendation:• Implement these communication programs and improve the

employee website and its stores will see a positive impact on employee attendance and morale.

Conclusion• “Lots of good ideas as possibilities but contact info of everyone should be private and not shared. Too many

things can go wrong as a result.”

• “This is a great idea that I have never thought about before. I'm going to present this idea to my

management team at my job. I think this could have lots of potential.”
