The purpose of this filing is to supplement and amend Petitioners initial June 19, 2015 filing, in light of the Boards February 24, 2016 Order Addressing Rate Counsel Motion to Determine if MAIT Can be Designated a Public Utility.
I hereby confirm that copies each of this letter and of the enclosed Supplemental Petition and supporting attachments are this day being duly served by hand delivery or overnight express delivery upon the Director, Division of Rate Counsel, and upon the Department of Law & Public Safety, Division of Law, as set forth in 27 of the Supplemental Petition.
