How Do We Do It?• Lines of credit up to $5 million• 9-12 month interest only for short term loans. Up to 30 years for rental loans• Lesser of 65% of After Repair Value or 80% of acquisition/renovation expenses

(5% less for multi-family)• Loan amounts from $50,000 to $5 million• We fund rehab draws
