General Guidelines for filling in these formats

• For project & grant utilisation: __ These are to be prepared separately for each sector and within each sector. __ Project name: to be given in brief __ Concerning “Physical Progress” as given in the first format- please provide such as: %complete, imp.mileston achieved, confirmation that land sites are secured and handed over to contractor etc. __ Concerning grant utilisation:estimates are for indicative reference purpose only. __ All values to be in Rs.Crores.

• For reforms: __ This presentation & occasion is intended to cover ULB level mandatory. __ Only efforts/activities/milestone achieved since launch of JNNURM are to undertaken during earlier periods are to be excluded. The objective is to describe current/recent initiatives in brief-not historical detailing of all achievements.

• Project pipeline: __ Figures/estimates are for indicative purpose only. __ If no planning has yet been done in this can be specifically stated.
