Today, on 23.09.2013 meeting was called by Dr. Dinesh Kumar Gupta for IQAC at 11:30

A.M. In AQAR (The Annual Quality Assurance Report) was discussed in details. During the

discussion the planning on the following points was decided.

1. All the activities which achieve the aim and purpose of organization is to be finalized.

2. A new course shall be introduced at UG & PG level for session 2013-14.

3. To start inter disciplinary program for teachers.

4. Organizing Professor or Assistant Professor ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

for teaching staff.

5. Proposals for seminar and workshop.

6. Research work for local development.

7. Community services such as „Save Girl Child” rehabilitation clean village mission, Anti-

dowry system, AIDS awareness, blood donation and Narmada Mission, Plantation, save

environments & conservation, community mass wedding, women health awareness, girls

education and women self defence.

8. Planning for modernization and automation of library such as e-library, photocopy

machine, Fax machine etc.

9. Subscription of new books and journal.

10. Use of computer in administrative work.

11. Use of computer in admission process.

12. Planning of fundamental facilities to improve for student and institution.

13. Training programs of usage of computer for professors and students.

14. Scholarship provides to students and help for poor category students.

15. Help and development with alumni association and Parents and Teachers Association.

16. Planning of health services.

17. Sports activities and demonstration in sport activities performance.

18. Special encouragement scheme for exceptional sportsmanship, student‟s achievement

rewards for student achievement for merits basis.

to our website.

Today on 20.08.2014 at 11:30 AM a meeting was called by Principal.


1. To organize four national research seminar. These are approved and sanctioned by UGC

regional office. Such as Hindi, Political Science, Economics and Botany Departments.

2. Seminar will be organized by Hindi department on 18-19 Sept. 2014.

3. National research seminar for political science department shall be organized in

November month.

4. National Research seminar of economics department is to be planned in Jab-Feb. 2015.

5. Dr. Mangla Thakur, professor of History is selected for MRP.

6. National research seminar will be organized by botany department in Nov. 2014.

7. Dept. of Higher Education, MP Started Virtual Class for selected college. we are one of

them.

8. On state level a personality development cell is constituted by Dept. of Higher Education

Bhopal Govt. of M.P. For its implementation a cell is constituted in college. In every

month this cell will invite distinguish person for guest lecture.

9. Special training program are organized by govt. of M.P. for professor & assistant

professor in Aug such as recent development in subject.

Today on 29-03-2016, a meeting was called at 12:00 PM in Principal Dr. Mangla

Thakur‟s cabin under her chairmanship.

Following points are discussed in meeting:-

1. 41 Male students are registered in NCC and 150 students are registered in NSS. All the

activities should (Male & Female) be arranged according to regular agenda.

2. Department of Commerce and sociology have sent proposal for National Research

seminar to UGC Regional office.

3. Mr. Chandrabhan Singh Rawat of BA 06 Semester of our college has won Gold Medal in

bigbore shooting championship. IQAC Committee has nominated him as a pride of the

Institute; also this achievement is a model for encouragement to other students.

4. To conduct of virtual classes in accordance with higher education department Bhopal is

running as per weekly calendar provided by Dept. of Higher Education, MP. All subject

faculty teacher & professor along with students present.

5. Community service activities in institutes such as. Cleanness, De-addition, Save Girl

Child, AIDs Awareness, Community mass marriage information provided to students.

Prevention for Malnutrition/anemia.

Above services NSS/NCC, Red cross events should be organized with active participation

of students.

6. Teaching and Non-teaching staff should be provided for knowledge about computer and

operating internet training.

7. Non essential books should be write-off in every year.

complete the required queries & essential journals & necessaries facility for research

centre & re-submit the new application for research centre.
