JavaScript Developer

The Company:

Our client is a digital agency whose focal point is video and designed for next generation

marketing.

The Role:

To develop and maintain JavaScript / HTML5 players for clients, ensuring optimum

performance and stability of the players.

You will be responsible for JavaScript and HTML5 code development and maintenance,

which involves:

* Building new video players and interfaces on top of the existing AYS video platform

* Ensuring all code is backed up to protect against loss due to technical failure or unforeseen

situations.

* Ensuring all code conforms to company best practice and standards.

* Ensuring all code releases to the live environment conform to company regulations.

* Ensuring Javascript / HTML5 projects integrate correctly with internal admin and control

systems and any external systems.

* Researching and maintaining knowledge of developments relating to new technology, and

exploring whether any new developments or existing technology can be pushed to do more

for AYS.
