This is dedicated to the most precious person I could ever photo-graph. Charlene Diaz is one of those people who are just so amaz-ing at everything they do. She is the reason I even took such good pictures while I was in Scotland, Montreal, and The Niagara Re-gion. Without her in my life, I wouldn’t be who I am now. Thank you for everything you do. Without you this book would never have been made! I Love You

This is just a quick little summary on what this book is about, and why I made it. This book is made for a preview of my photo skills, and is my first ever e book published. This will help get my name out to people for jobs in the photography business. This book is three important trips I have made in 2012, that involve my very special lady Charlene Diaz.

The book will take you on an adventure through three separate chapters, or adventures I have been on with this special person. The first chapter she was there in spirit, and in my heart. the last two same, but also by my side in physical form. Enjoy reading the book and visit my website at jasonmassie.ca

SCOTLAND

We went to this wonderful, and very old hotel in the middle of the highlands. There weren’t many people there, however, there was a lot of tourists feeding the Dear. The dear came from up on the hill, to greet the tourists and eat right from their hands. There must have been about 20 or so dear just relaxing, having a good time. Baby dear, mama and papa dear, and even one curious teenage dear that I noticed out of the corner of my eye itching his, “Special area,” while in between feedings from the tourists.

There is three hills, or mountains in Scotland, that compliment each other. Each of these hill, or mountains are a little taller than the next. They also form a triangle, which gives beautiful green-ery, and an amazing little valley. These sister mountains, are tucked away behind others like them, far from the cities, and any civilization.

THE SISTERS

This castle is the most important castle in scotland. If you own this castle then you own scotland. You can see all four directions, from one end of scotland to the other. This castle has so much history, dating back to the romans, before the castle was even made.

The war back in the early centuries with William Wallace was fought here at the bridge by the castle. On looking from the canon is the Wallace monument. This huge monument see on the top of the hill in the distance was made on behalf of his efforts to free Scotland.

Glengoyne Distillery is a whisky distillery continuously in opera-tion since its founding in 1833, north of Glasgow, Scotland. Glen-goyne is unique in producing Highland single malt whisky ma-tured in the Lowlands. Located upon the Highland Line, the divi-sion between the Highlands and Lowlands of Scotland, Glen-goyne’s stills are in the Highlands while maturing casks of whisky rest across the road in the Lowlands. Unlike many malt whisky distilleries, Glengoyne does not use peat smoke to dry their bar-ley, but instead uses warm air.

This was the front yard of where I stayed while traveling to Scot-land. This beautiful, three story, 16th century, castle looking home, was mine for the week. My family and I loved the house, backyard, front yard, and the owners, who lived on the top floor, and were the most hospitable people I have ever met. This little paradise is in the heart of Edinburgh, and was only a 20 minute ride on the bus to get downtown. This is where I spent most of my time talking my newly found love still in Canada. This is the All Time Best trip in my life, and with my parents. I love you guys.

MONTREAL

Page 12: Jason Massie a Photography Book

This picture was taken in the inspiration of ugliness. All beauty can be found anywhere, even in the most unsuspecting place. I saw the composition of the garbage, and noticed how amazing everything to do with this bin was. I just had to take the picture.

BEAUTIFUL GARBAGE

The beautiful town of Montreal that i was visiting with my most beautiful wife, had horse carriage rides downtown Old Montreal. We decided to walk instead of taking a ride, however we got to take some wonderful pictures of the horse and carriage. I particu-larly like this one because it is an action shot of an on-coming horse.

This hitchhiking leaf was found on a locked bike, locked by some-one who was at work in Old Montreal. I thought this was a beauti-ful piece of art, and just had to capture the story of this leaf. My love found the leaf, and told me the story on how it became where it was.

This picture was done with my camera, which captured all beauti-ful lighting you see. The mist of the Falls, which are the size of rain drops, got my wife and Soaked from head to toe. This was the best Niagara Falls Trip ever

We went to this most amazing place ever. This place was our first trip out just to take pictures of the beautiful nature. I loved every minute of this trip. It was all so amazing! I love the fact that my wife helps me with my photography, to help me get better.

Birds are everywhere in the Niagara Region. When they get to-gether, flying in circles, and you are right below them, it is the most beautiful site ever. I took this shot at the perfect moment be-fore they all flew away.

To end a long hard week of work, studies, and life, It is always nice to head down to long beach, off Lake Erie, and rest and re-lax. This Caribbean like sandy beach, is one of the busiest, hid-den beaches in Ontario Canada. It is a wonderful place to take the dog, or your kids to go swimming, or just get a nice tan. This is where i spent most of my time getting to know my wife. In love you Charlene Diaz.
