I am known recently for my leadership and management training program development with renowned business icon Jack Welch and his team, as well as management program development for Hall of Fame Football Coach and championship NASCAR team owner Joe Gibbs, through Joe Gibbs Racing in partnership with Strayer University.

I have been described as a dynamic, insightful, "Expert to the 'Experts", and a "premier significance designer" who has been called "our secret weapon," I bring 22 years of diverse experience producing outstanding performance with the military; high-profile federal government agencies; consulting firms, universities, thought leaders, and non-profits.

I began my career as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy, after which I earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health/Community Health Education and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Systems Development/Training and Development from the University of Maryland. I completed my formal education with a Master of Science in Organizational Counseling from The Johns Hopkins University.

The S.I.G.N.I.F.Y. Coaching Values ModelTM The model consists of the following seven valued behaviors that enable the ongoing achievement of the three high-level general objectives that follow: S – Search: Ourselves, our context, the examples of others and resources I – Identify: Personal strengths, weaknesses, beliefs, values, goals, objectives,

feelings and behaviors G – Glean: Lessons from what works and what does not; what is beneficial or

constructive and what is not N – Nullify: Ineffective beliefs, values, behaviors, strategies and tools I – Implement: Effective beliefs, values, behaviors, strategies and tools F – Finesse: Develop abilities to navigate and influence situations with skill and ease Y – Be YOU: Be authentic, integrate new learning and "to thine own self be true" Objective 1: Be Significant—Know your Significance. Objective 2: Do Significant Things—As you observe, test, practice, learn and grow—do what

Objective 3: Make a Significant Impact—Know the difference you're trying to make. Know what

Coaching Programs and Packages Coaching can simply follow our values model or it can serve to aid the implementation of the Significant Design Success System curriculum. Three options are offered below for both individuals and teams. All packages and programs include assessments, weekly live-phone-skype coaching at 60-90 min., e-mail support, group sessions (for teams), and urgent call support.

A. 1-Day or Weekend Coaching Intensive/Retreat (highly intensive work with leaders, experts and small teams to generate vivid clarity, massive breakthroughs, and strategic plans)

B. 30-Day Laser Coaching for Professionals & Leaders (urgent intensive coaching for highly-specific preparation & execution)
