About the building
Our company is providing its customers world classamenities. There are 9 buildings each of whose total
area is 20,000 sq.ft built up area; it consists of stilt +
4 floors. Each floor contains four 2BHK flats, over all
there are total 12 flats with 1 semi-automatic lift.
There are many amenities which makes our building
special.
Internal amenities:

Complete modular kitchen.
Video door phone and intercom facility.
1 fan and tube light in hall and master bedroom.

As the project is very near to the Panvel Railway
Station and is having many demands, the price is
according to the present market price. We areproviding the flat at a very affordable price i.e.
Rs.4100 per Sq.Ft
Registration charges are not included in the flat cost,
for all the flats registration charges is 2% of the total
flat cost.For external amenities, life time membership fees is
Rs.1,00,000 in which the flat owners can enjoy world
class fully equipped gymnasium with steam & sauna
bath, swimming pool facilities, indoor games, meditation
center, amphitheater, club house etc.

There are different stages of construction of
buildings. They are as follows;
1. Surveying of the entire plot that has to bedeveloped.
2. Leveling of the plot.
3. Excavation of the plot where the building has to
be constructed.
4. Physical structure i.e. RCC structure to be
constructed.
5. Brickwork of the building.
6. External & internal plastering.
7. Internal finishing works like POP on walls,
flooring tiles, dado tiles, false ceiling, painting,
bath & toilet fittings, door & window fittings.
