• Dr.kubavat, MD is a Board-Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Dr.kubavat is not only a contributor to hospital and organization but also a contributor to society.

• He is do the work with medical practice dealing with the health of the female reproductive systems like vagina, uterus, ovaries etc.

• it also deals with women's complaints—gynaecological diseases, fertility, pregnancy, contraception, etc

• He is must be able to communicate effectively with nurses, staff members, and other doctors.  But most importantly, they must be able to communicate well with patients.  He is a good doctor is able to emotionally connect with a patient, and is able to empathize with their fears, concerns, and unasked questions.  And it is important that they convey such information sympathetically and professionally. 

Me: sir, How many years of experience you had as a doctor..? Dr.: 18year experience..

Me:- Since you are a successful…, how do you take your work..? Dr-:

=> 1) as a mission 2) as a vision 3) as a challenge 4)as an opportunity

As a mission every delivery should go a normal sequence an in the hospital.

Me: According to you, what are the qualities to become a successful doctor?

Dr.:- when any urgent work in hospital den I go to finish my work even my family is wait 4 me to go outside.. My focus on an only my work.. I don’t want to any lady are tolerate a pain for pregnancy , m finished my job at a time...

Me: During your long successful career, you might have faced some challenges, how do you take it..? As an opportunities or as a hurdle?

Dr.: Challenges are always an opportunity…since 1996, my mother was in serious situation ,

after all dis serious condition m go to hospital because that case cant handle another one. I’ve never been satisfied

with the status quo.

Me:- Sir...sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your juniors are not working according to your Expectations. How do you make them work..?

Dr.:- I am encourage them to do work. M trinning to all member that who doesn’t known work. By counceling and motivate I am do make them work.

Me: Mam ...sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your Seniors/Authorities are not supporting according to your Expectations. How do you make them convince..?

Dr. : By my practical result show them to my work and I believe to them by my sufficient work in any kind of my operation.

Me: SIr, according to you, what is your Contribution to

organization and how do you relate it to society?

Dr.: I believe in high quality of health. It is unique in that most hospitals don’t have critical care services on the labour floor. It has the

potential to be very successful and will provide safe care to women.

Me: Can you give me any example of your personal experience in which you demonstrate “you can do” attitude and “overcome the “Fear of Failure”?

Dr.: Since 1998, I am do work for women delivery,that delivery is my most memorable to me and

say me to I can do and after this delivery overcome my fear of failure because of dis delivery even anyone can never solve dis, after all dis situation finally that delivery I am solve myself..

Me: What is your short term vision? And what is your Long term Vision?

Dr. : My focus will also be on clinical care , education and research of health science. Any patient will came to me to make

well I am overcome to all patient deases in short time. The least invasive,most innovative, up-

to- date gynecological care,with the best evidence behind it.

Me: What is your message or an advice for the future engineers...or any suggestion for youth?

Dr.: To make useful invantion for medical and health carefeild.

Me: Sir… Will you please share any life experience of yours, which you feel makes you a successful person.

Dr.: Every time I see a body drained of life and blood and I save a life and I feel like a successful person.
