Yes

This year’s student’s top resolutions. ‘Other’ ranged from kissing a polar bear to skydiving. Students are focusing on becoming better in both body and mind. Keeping a positive at-titude will help improve both one’s self and the community.

Most students were unable to keep their resolution from last year but are looking to the future with the hope of keeping their resolution this year. Some even forget what resolution they promised themselves.

Photo by Megan CorblyFor a great gift idea, buy an un!nished wooden picture frame, recover some old magazines, and glue. First cut out small 2x2 inch strips of magazines, then roll the strips to form a tight cylinder shape. Glue the cylinder to the picture frame to cover the frame. Add small statue or additional items to personalize.

Photo by Megan CorblyTo create a simple wall decoration, simply save paper towel/toilet paper rolls, pinch the rolls to make a pointed oval, and glue each one together starting in the middle with a !ve point star. Keep adding rolls until desired size is reached. Optional steps include painting each roll a di"erent color to provide a lively, colorful addition to any empty wall space.
