Bulletin Deadline: Friday 2pm (9 days prior to publication) January 27, 2019 Third Sunday in Ordinary Time Dear Parishioners, It’s Catholic Schools Week! I can still remember Catholic Schools Week when I was just a boy at St. Bede the Venerable in Chicago. I think it’s gotten to be a lot more fun than it was back in the day — when I dressed up as a famous American — but it is still a week in which we in Catholic Schools recognize what is special about our schools. There will be lots of festivities, but my fa- vorite part is when we gather for Mass — like we do every week. Of course, our Faith is the most important thing about Catholic Schools. If you’re interested in learning more about our fantastic school, be sure to join us for a tour on Monday. Our school is also hosting donuts after Mass this weekend. That will be an opportunity for a sneak peek into our school and a chance to speak with parents who make the choice and the sacrifice to send their children to Catholic School. May God bless you! Donation Statements for 2018 are being mailed this week — there is no need to make a special request to the parish office. Clergy Reverend Richard M. Guest, Pastor Reverend Nicholas R. Church, and dedicated to the Church’s call for a new evangelization. The Institute seeks to fulfill its mis-sion by offering educational programs structured upon the classical liberal arts and by offering opportunities in which authentic Catholic culture is experienced and lived.

Winter 2019 The second quarter of the ICC curricu-lum year, beginning with Christmas and concluding with Easter, focuses on the revelation of Jesus Christ, the history of the apostolic and patristic age, the fundamentals of Christian morality, the Church, and the Sacra-mental system.
