I welcome you to an excellent year of

“DIVINE RESTORATION”.

Thank God you made it, it is evidence of God’s favour and mercy on you and a testimony of the fact that you are still important to the Kingdom plans on earth.

Understand therefore, that the news around the globe may be unstable, the economies may not be encouraging, diverse weathers may not be understood but the word of the Lord stands sure.

Isaiah 33:6 “Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, and the strength of salvation; The fear of the Lord is His treasure.”

From the above scripture, let’s observe these three factors: 1. Wisdom 2. Knowledge 3. Fear of the Lord

These three factors will enable stability, salvation and complete Restoration.

Psalm 111:10 “The fear of the Lord is the begin-ning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments. His praise en-dures forever.” Proverbs 1:7a “The fear of the Lord is the begin-ning of knowledge”

Get ready to imbibe the word of God for this year by engaging diligently in Kingdom practices, obe-dience to God, prayers, Word study, evangelism, generous giving, passionate service and loving God with all of your heart.

This year, let’s pray more, fast more, share more, serve more and give more!

You shall surely experience Divine Restoration in all facets of your life and make significant pro-gress in the order of Joel 2:25-27 in Jesus name. Amen.

“PRAY UP” FRIDAY

A special Friday Prayers (‘PRAY UP’ FRIDAY), will take place

Every Friday at 10pm – 12midnight,

except on vigil Fridays. Venue: one of the children’s rooms at

the HUB.

All RC Workers have been rota-ed to spearhead the prayers but all church members are invited to be a part of it. Workers should kindly check their allocated slot on the notice-board

outside the sanctuary.

Any worker who is unavailable to pray on their assigned day should contact ONLY Pastor Grace Sola-

Oludoyi (PGSO) for a swap.

Please note that this exercise does not affect our regular Friday meetings, which are Cell Church

every 1st Friday of the month, Congregational Prayer Meetings every 2nd Friday of the month)

INGREDIENTS: 3 large free-range egg yolks 40g Parmesan cheese, plus extra to serve 150g piece of higher-welfare pancetta 200g dried spaghetti 1 clove of garlic Extra virgin olive oil Pepper Salt METHOD: 1. Put the egg yolks into a bowl, finely grate in the Parmesan, season with

pepper, then mix well with a fork and put to one side. 2. Cut any hard skin off the pancetta and set aside, then chop the meat. 3. Cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling salted water until al dente

(cooked but still firm). 4. Meanwhile, rub the pancetta skin, if you have any, all over the base of a

medium frying pan (or use 1 tablespoon of oil instead), then place over a medium-high heat.

5. Peel the garlic, crush with the palm of your hand, then add it to the pan and leave it to flavour the fat for 1 minute. Stir in the pancetta, then cook for 4 minutes or until it starts to crisp up.

6. Pick out and discard the garlic from the pan, but reserving some of the cooking water, drain and add the spaghetti. Toss well over the heat so it really soaks up all that lovely flavour, then remove the pan from the heat.

7. Season carefully with salt & pepper (remember that Parmesan is very salty), then pour in the egg mixture - the pan will help to cook the egg gently, rather than scrambling it. Toss well, adding more cooking water until it's lovely and glossy.

8. Serve with a grating of Parmesan and an extra twist of pepper.

PROPHESIES FOR 2017

Prophetic word for 2017 is SURPRISE.

INDIVIDUALS It will be a year of surprises.

For prophets, both true and false, it will be a year of surprises.

There will be a large number of weddings.

Soul winners will see their prophecies ful-filled almost as soon they are uttered.

INTERNATIONAL There will be surprises for many world gov-

ernments.

There are coming in twos: monster earth-quakes, monster floods, hurricanes and typhoons, monster tornadoes and monster fire outbreaks.

NIGERIA 2017 will be a year of surprises both for the

oppressed and the oppressor. Surprise is a two edged sword.

Those deliberately making life hard for the common man will be relocated.

The downward plunge will slow down, stop and reversal will begin.
