New#Year,#New#You!#Happy New Year from Signature S.O and We hope it has been a great one for you all! New year means New year’s resolutions and I hope healthy eating is one of them. Choosing to stay clean and lean for the new year is the best way to start. A few ways to get your mind adjusting o a new food style is: !  Replacing your favourite junk food for healthier options. !is is easy to say but hard to

do. For example instead of White rice everyday try grains and seeds, Couscous, Bulgar Wheat, Quinoa (pronounced keen-WAH), Millet, Buckwheat and Black Rice.

!  Most of you I know love Peanut Butter and but we have a nice swift replacement to using cashew Butter, Almond butter, Hazelnut Butter so there are many to choose from.

!  A shot of Wheatgrass will boost your Iron levels while you are at work and doing your activities on the weekend.

!  We can not forget the good ol’ smoothie now! Any fruit of your choice should keep you refreshed for the day.

!  Lastly, get new kitchen utensils, invest in some utensils that will use to get your supreme cooking on the go and IKEA is always your best bet!
