Q: What impact has personal training had on your life? Physi-cally, mentally, emotionally?

A: I am very motivated on my own when it comes to aerobic exercise & yoga, but Justen has helped me de-velop a weight lifting program which is very important to women over 50. Weights can easily be practiced using wrong form, and a trainer helps to ensure this doesn't happen. When weights are practiced correctly, you will notice a physical change which also benefits your emotional and mental state. .

Q: Do you believe it’s worth the expense?

A: Definitely......even when I have Justen write up a program to do on my

own, I always like to check in to make sure I'm doing the routine properly.

Q: How has personal training motivated you in ways you couldn't on your own?

A: Again, the motivation is ensur-ing that my weight training is done properly which includes changing up your routine periodically.

Q: What does your weekly work-out regimen consist of?

A: On an average week, I run or attend a spin class at least 4 times a week, yoga 5 times a week and weights 2-3 times a week.

Q: How many personal training sessions do you do a month?

A: 4 times a month.

Q: Why would you recommend personal training to someone else?

A: For motivation and to help and/or correct your form..
