factors for the

future

• Think big: broaden, deepen, strengthen.

• Have third party verification (ISO 65).

• Claiming ethical perfection is dishonest and dangerous.

• Empower the ones you are aiming to benefit.

• Be part of civil society.

• Be ready to change, CSR is a process.
