How to make the BEST bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich.By Janet Elston

Pre-heat frying pan to medium heat and place 4 strips of bacon in the pan. Cook bacon until brown, turning frequently.

Remove bacon from pan and place on paper towels to drain. Pour off most of the bacon fat, leaving about 1-2 Tablespoons. Decrease heat to medium low.

Crack 2 eggs and place in pan. Break the yokes, add salt and pepper. Place bread of choice in the toaster. Begin to toast.

Flip eggs when whites turn solid. Cover with one slice of American cheese, cover pan and remove from heat.

Butter the toast. Place two slices of bacon on each sandwich. Top with egg and cheese.
