B-ABLE NEC

Since B-ABLE has always

celebrated every occasion

with much gusto,

International Women's

Day is no exception. It was

on Women’s Day when

each male employee

presented a flower to one of

his women colleague and

spoke few lines in her

honour. It was really a nice

gesture on behalf of the HR

B-ABLE Behror Centre

On this day, poster making activity was organized

on B-ABLE Behror Centre of ELSTP (Employment

Linked Skill Training Programme) under RSLDC. A campaign on Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao was also

arranged. Trainees at the centre enthusiastically

participated in this poster making event for

encouraging women education, this was appreciated

by all.

Team. To mark this special day, the team got together to express their views on doing their bit to spread awareness

on gender equality and also were happy to share that B-ABLE provides a platform for equality of women at work

place. This was followed by cake-cutting ceremony and distribution of chocolates to the women colleagues, which

was appreciated by all.

B-ABLE BHIM Centre

Women s Day was also celebrated in a very distinctive way at B-ABLE BHIM centre of

Rajasthan. The staff at the centre invited mothers

of all their trainees to the centre. The centre

organised an award distribution ceremony for all

students – which was a very pleasant surprise for

them. Special awards were also given to honour

the mothers who were earning their livelihood

independently – Indeed a great way to Honour our

mothers. Kudos to the Bhim Team!

A simple celebration within office can be great in terms of

promoting a sense of brotherhood among colleagues. This

year, B-ABLE team celebrated Holi festival with gaiety,

fervour and lots of colors. The credit once again goes to our

HR team for organizing the festivities with such great efforts.

In the spirit of the festival, we played with Holi colours to

spread the colours of love and togetherness. To surprise us all was the presence of the Dhol , which was the loudest and most vibrant. On listening to the rythmic beat of the Dhol we

could not resist the temptation of stepping into our dancing

shoes to dance away in the spirit of festivity. The icing on the cake was munching on the gujiyas – a traditional sweet to

mark the festival.

We had the Holi Hungama at our other centres too. Everyone

was in the spirit of festivity and enjoyed the fun of dousing

each other with colors.
