It may take you a while to aster the TimeWise foundation shades. You may have sold one and returned three shades for one customer, but remember that you have built a

relationship, and she trusted that you would make it right.

DRIVING SERVICE Make everyone feel like a million bucks. This is a lesson that Mary Kay Ash always shared with her Beauty Consultant. So when a potential customer called you with a request to try the Mary Kay products that she notices in one of your social media posts, extend the offer and tell her to invite her friends to a free facial and pampering treatment. Who knows, she and her friends may become

your next customers.

GETTING FEEDBACK Listening and appreciation are crucial elements in Golden Rule Customer Service. For example, when you introduce Mary Kay Botanical Effects to your customers, you have to ask 10 of your best customers to sample it and get their feedback. Their opinions will matter to you, and you will know how to market it to your other customers..

WILLINGNESS TO COMMUNICATE Your genuine personal touch combined with your willingness to embrace modern communication will help you increase your customer base. Some prefer a call, while others want and email or text. You may go digital to communicate with your customers.
