The HEI undertakes to ensure all the provisions of the regulation and few specific provisions adherence to the following:

Learner Support Centre defined under these regulations will not be the Learner Support Centre for more than two Higher Educational Institutions at a timeto offer programmes in Open and Distance Learning mode:-
