Theater Showcase Session$500 PER 15-MINUTE SESSION SLOT3 sessions available

Theater Showcase sessions are a great way to partner with NCH to get your message out to the homeopathic community. Join us in the Theater and deliver a 15-minute session to be held during unopposed hours in the expo hall. Topic and subject matter can be educational or promotional in nature, and subject to NCH approval.

Theaters will be equipped with microphone, screen, projector and seating for up to 20 attendees. Internet access and computer/laptop is not included and can be ordered separately by the sponsor if needed. NCH will co-promote on all event signage, the JAHC website, program guide and mobile app. NCH does not guarantee headcount.

Focus Group | $3,0002 two hour sessions available

Conducting focus groups and targeted consumer research while at conferences provide companies with a unique opportunity to gain a truly in-depth, insightful understanding of the professionals and consumers involved in homeopathy today. Focus groups help to further product/service research and development initiatives and used as a critical tool in setting strategic direction.

Focus group fee includes a two-hour time slot, room rental and set for up to 30 attendees, attendee list of the RSVPs who meet thecompany’s key criterion, and staff support from the NCH home office. Audio visual, RSVP management, food and beverage, internet access and any speaker/facilitator honorarium and/or travel are not included and can be arranged separately by the sponsor if needed. NCH is open to discussing special, interactive seating configurations upon request. Additional charges may apply. NCH does not guarantee headcount.

All applicants are bound by the rules and regulations.

E X H I B I T E L I G I B I L I T Y Products and services exhibited may not detract from the study and/or practice of homeopathy, patient care and/or education. NCH retains the sole authority to determine the eligibility of any company and/or its product. NCH reserves the right to refuse applications of organizations not meeting standard requirements or expectations. NCH reserves the right to curtail or to close exhibits, wholly or in part, that reflect unfavorably on the character and the purpose of the meeting. This applies to displays, literature, advertising novelties, souvenirs, conduct of persons, etc.

C O M P L I M E N TA RY C O N F E R E N C E R E G I S T R AT I O N SComplimentary registrations included in tabletop display exhibit packages include access to the Exhibit Hall ONLY. Expo Hall Only registrants WILL NOT have access to the keynote lectures, concurrent sessions, sunrise yoga sessions or any other sessions within the conference. Exhibitors will be able to purchase badges to attend sessions at the

current registration rate. For security purposes, complete contact information (address, phone, and email) for each individual that will be present and representing your business is required.

Tabletop display spaces purchased by non-member organizations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Every attempt will be made to meet requests regarding location; however, NCH reserves the right to reconfigure the exhibit area if necessary, with the understanding that if the exhibitor does not agree with such relocation to the extent that the exhibitor cannot participate in the JAHC, the payment for tabletop display space will be fully refunded. Exhibitors may purchase a second tabletop display at a discounted rate. Subletting and/or sharing of tabletop display space is strictly prohibited.

Due to space limitations, and in order to maintain the flow of traffic, all exhibits should fit on top of, or directly behind the space allocated (single or double table). No “L” or “T” shape configurations are permitted. All additional furnishings for your display space

(ie: standing banner, bookshelf, etc.) must fit directly behind the 6’ table provided, and therefore fit within your 4’ x 6’ exhibit area. NCH reserves the right to remove additional furnishings from the exhibit area if necessary. The display area is fully carpeted.

T E R M S O F PAY M E N T The applicant agrees to enclose with this application full payment. NCH management within 14 days from the date space confirmation was received.

2. The applicant agrees to enclose with this application, full payment to NCH. All payments should be made payable to NCH and forwarded to the NCH office. Sponsorship and exhibit benefits will not be fulfilled without this application and all appropriate fees paid in full.

3. Cancellations must be submitted to NCH in writing. The date of receipt of supporter’s written notice of cancellation will be the official cancellation date. If exhibit support is cancelled on or before January 5, 2018, all monies paid to date minus a $200 processing fee will be returned to the supporter.
