We’ve taken the hassle out of favor shopping, choose any combination of favors below or call us to discuss other options to it any theme! Congratulations, you’re finished customizing an amazing party for your child! Press the submit button to attach this form to an email to our Party Plannning Specialist. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your request. If you have not been contacted within 48 hours, please call (310)287-9886 and one of our staff members will assist you.

Thank you so much for booking your party with JAG! Additional paperwork and a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your timeslot. In addition, waiver forms are required for all partygoers entering the gym and can be easily illed out online.

Please return this form as soon as possible (a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event) to allow us the maximum time to pre-order favors and book any characters/artists. We do our best to accommodate all requests, however, occasionally favors or characters/artists may be unavailable. In such instances a JAG Party Planning Specialist will contact you to ind the best alternatives for your child’s party.

Your credit card will be charged for all customizations on the day of your child’s party. Please be aware that we cannot offer full refunds for favors or characters/artists once they have been ordered or scheduled. We will do our best to accommodate necessary changes, however fees may apply up to and including the full cost of the booking or items ordered.
