6 March 2022 3202015 Diesel Generator Power Plant 100 MW with Wärtsilä 6x18V46 HFO This complete 100 MW power plant was delivered by Wärtsilä in 2004 and it has 6 x 18V46 diesel engines running on heavy fuel oil (HFO) at 500 rpm coupled with ABB AMG 1600 asynchronous 13 kV / 50 Hz alternators. The plant has been in base load power production until December 2014 and has less than 70,000 operating hours. This power plant is designed and build by Wärtsilä utilising their highly standardised functional module delivery. Operation and maintenance works are carried out strictly in accordance with Wärtsilä manuals, 60,000 hour maintenance is carried out to all engines. No unexpected breakdowns have taken place. Delivery contains complete functioning power plant with 132 kV switchyard, buildings and day tank yard. Power plant is currently mostly dismantled but generators are still on their foundations. Dismantling was made in professional manner and equipment is in excellent condition. Service records and complete original documentation is available and a part of the delivery.
