6662018 Krones Dry Aseptic PET Line with Contipure AseptBloc - 2013

• Dry aseptic PET line suitable for low-acid, pulpy and fibrous fruit juices, non-carbonated

beverages, ice tea and dairy products.

• The hygienic level is so high that also milk-based infant formulas are possible.

• Line was installed in 2013, still in operation and having approx. 24000 operating hours

• Line capacity is 24 000 bph in 0.5 liter PET bottles with 38 mm wide mouth screw cap

• Comes with 8 complete different set of exchange parts from 0.33 to 1.5 liter .

• The delivery includes the product deaeration and pasteurizer, preform feeding and sterilization,

aseptic blower-filler-capper block, CIP line, cap feeding and sterilization system, bottle and

• This beer brew line from malt mill to worth cooler was made by Steinecker in year 2002.

• It has 20 t/h wet Variomill, two mash tanks and one rice cooker, wort kettle with internal heater,

lauter tun with spent grain system and buffer tank, whirlpool filtration with trub tank.

• Beer gravity up to 21.5 Plato, malt through up to 14200 kg/brew

• Brew line is controlled Steinecker BOTEK control system with Siemens Simatic S7 PLCs.

• Brew house was in operation till end of 2015 and all equipment are still installed, intact and in

very good condition.

• Documentation is in English and Russian, PLC backup copies available

• It has separate outside cleaning machine and two separate filling lines both with 6 active

cleaning station and 2 active filling preparation stations.

• Control PLCs are Siemens LOGO and S7 type and pneumatic valves are FESTO gear motors

are SEW Drives.

• The line has been very little operated and is still installed and powered
