Employment History

September 2007, June 2008, Sales Assistant, working for Clarks.Working for Clark’s meant that I spent a majority of time with customers of all ages and backgrounds. I had to sell face to face to hit targets, complete general tasks such as retrieving stock and handling cash, and attend a shoe-fitting course.

July 2008 March 2009, lived in Australia.March 2009, moved back to the UK.

April 2010, August 2012, Sales Assistant, Clarks (different branch).My role this time involved more intense sales with targets that were aimed at shoes and accessory selling (bags, purses) as well as shoe care. These sales were more challenging as it meant introducing products that were not on their list to buy. Additional tasks to previous included carrying out refunds and large stock moves. I also had to attend another training course. Sales targets were given each day on and I had to hit certain percentages, if this percentage was hit numerous times and the shop did well we would get a bonus.

June 2012, May 2015 – Administrator working for Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.

This was a temporary role, which became permanent from hard work and commitment. I worked two jobs for two months; eventually leaving Clarks once the job at Nationwide became permanent. I worked part time whilst at university and once graduating, was employed full time.

Nationwide was a very demanding and fast paced. It involved a heavy workload and entailed a lot of prioritising/organising. I am very confident in the above-specified skills.

June 2015 – July 2015 – Administrator/ Case Handler working for Consultant Medical / Dr Akhtar Khan

I worked for Consultant Medical for just under 1 month, whilst attempting to secure a career. This job was high demanding and involved a lot of prioritising. My role included:

July 2015 – Present – Internal Technical Sales Support Administrator working for Hünnebeck, Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services UK Ltd

A leading Formwork and Infrastructure company. My role here is fast paced and unique, with the majority of the work being carried out to assist the sales reps. My responsibilities include:

Hobbies and Interests

During my spare time I like to occupy myself by going to the gym, and I attend classes such as circuit training and spinning.

I enjoy taking the dog for long walks through the woods, going for meals, trying new foods and relaxing at home.

I also run a business Facebook page for my partner who works for himself as a qualified Joiner. This includes keeping information up to date, uploading pictures, and liaising with customers who may have queries or request quotations. I also type up professional emails, letters and invoices.
