After opening PowerPoint you will be looking at a blank slide. Below two boxes are provided for text.
On the left is a mini version of your slide.

•Add a title to your slides
•Double click the picture icon in the next box to add a picture from the clip art file or from your own picture file
•Double click the clip art picture to add to your slide.

You can also capture a screen.
Locate the screen that you want to capture.
Press “Print Screen” on your keyboard.
Go back to the PowerPoint slide that you are creating and paste.

Highlight the text box on your slideFrom the “Custom Animation” menu on the right select “Add effect”, “Entrance”, and “Circle”.
