Project DescriptionMotorists traveling along Interstate 5 in California between Los Angeles and San Francisco have few choices for high quality, refreshing, and rejuvenating stops. All freeway off-ramp rest areas are essentially the same–limited fast food, vending machines, little area to stretch your legs, inhospitable surroundings, unmaintained public rest rooms, acres of asphalt, and few reasons to stop and stay. All parts of transportation are changing and being updated to accommodate today’s travelers. Freeway rest areas are about to follow, beginning with Jackson Ranch–California’s first landmark destination rest stop.

Project DescriptionThe property is currently being entitled for 207 acres of mixed use commercial and Industrial development. Estimated timing to receive the final entitlement approval is Q3 2020. The Developer is planning to sell or lease the land for each parcel. Improvements to each parcel will include rough grading, and all utilities stubbed to each parcel. All offsite improvements will be provided by the Developer.
