COMMUNICATING WITH PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES
They must follow all of our same designated protocols and vendor protocols. Communication to be by phone.
RECEIVING PACKAGES AND SHIPMENTS
Vendors must have on masks. All packages should be disinfected when possible and always received wearing
gloves.
INTERACTING WITH CUSTOMERS AND VENDORS
Same as above and with proper social distancing
DEALERSHIP DELIVERIES
STI whenever allowed. Suggest driver controls tablet when not. Tablet surface wiped after any exchange. Mask
required.
EMPLOYEE CALL-OFFS
Track all attendance and follow contractual language where applicable unless documented illness or other virus
related excuse is acceptable. Labor should set guidelines but we can't have a free for all when making weekly HWP
contributions.

Tablet to be wiped down prior to and after handling by staff attempting to repair.
