She weighed 8 lbs. 9 oz. and was 22 incles long. Her maternal grand- parents are Givin and Diana Owen of Amherst, NH. Parternal grand- mother is Veronica Harbold of En- field, CT. ’74 and 1885, and the Hon. Harri- son Eaton served in the NH Senate 1877-’78. More recently this was the home of Anna G. Harrington Mosher Boardman (1906-1995), who es- tablished and operated HARMO Kennels here, breeding and exhib- iting poodles and dachshunds. She moved to Amherst in 1944 as Mrs. Frederick Mosher. She sold the 32- acre estate in 1976, a few years after her marriage to Ted Boardman. She was a generous benefactor of the Amherst Town Library. e wid- owed Mrs. Mosher arranged a large, anonymous donation from a foun- dation that funded most of the 1969 addition (the left, east side). As Mrs. Boardman, she donated a goodly sum for the 1987 addition. In 1995, when she was 89, the Anna Board- man Reading Room by the Library’s circulation desk was named in her honor. Downsizing? Nipmugs gratefully accept donations of older suncatch- ers to be resold. Proceeds from their sale go to the preservation or resto- ration of historic artifacts, buildings or memorials and related projects. e new suncatchers will be sold on the Common on the 4th of July for $10. WE DO! www.thestockedfridge.com 603-881-9635 Town of Amherst JULY 14, 2009 - SPECIAL TOWN MEETING WARRANT ARTICLES Article 1: Phase IV Baboosic Lake Community Septic To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $425,000 (gross budget) for the purpose of designing, purchasing, installing equip- ment and constructing Phase IV of the Baboosic Lake Community Septic system, and to authorize the issuance of not more than $425,000 of bonds or notes in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Finance Act (RSA 33) and, further, to authorize the Selectmen to issue and negotiate such bonds or notes and to determine the conditions and the rate of inter- est thereon; and to further authorize the Selectmen to offset a portion of said appropriation by applying for, contracting for and expending American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, (ARRA), funds in the amount not more than $212,500, with the balance to be raised by the sale of said bonds, and to further authorize the Selectmen to contract for and expend any ad- ditional aid or grants that may be available for this project and to further authorize interest earned on this bond to be utilized to pay costs associated with this project, it being further understood that no funds will be raised through taxation and any debt service or other costs associated with this project will be assessed to users of the system in accordance with RSA 149- I:7, or to take any other action relative thereto.
