This year, Reflections is introducing the new Visual Arts 3D expansion! The visual arts category will now allow students to enter three-dimensional artwork in addition to the traditional 2D entries. The deadline for entries is November 13th! You can drop off entries in the library. “LET YOUR

IMAGINATION FLY!”

Reflections is a nationwide PTA program where

students create theme-based artwork in dance

choreography, film production, literature,

musical composition, photography or visual arts.

This year, Reflections is introducing the new

Visual Arts 3D expansion! The visual arts

category will now allow students to enter

three-dimensional artwork in addition to the

traditional 2D entries.

The deadline for entries is November 13th!

This is a family event with

concessions and lots of great prizes!

The school and the PTA are in need of volunteers for both

regular and one-time events! Make a contribution to our

school and to your child’s education!

Here are immediate one-time needs:

STEM Day (bakers & volunteers) (Nov. 20th): StemDay Fall Garden Clean Up & Bulb Planting (Nov. 15th from 3 to 5 p.m.): Garden

We especially need a LEAP (Loudoun Education Alliance of Parents) representative. The rep will

attend LEAP meetings and provide a brief summary to the Principal and the PTA.

Fall Gardening - Anyone

interested in helping the Green

Team plant bulbs and clean up the

Volunteer hours are available

for those students who need

them! Thanks for your help!

Butterflies, Benches, and Bulbs Fundraiser

Tech Ed students will be helping to make two

benches for our butterfly courtyard. Would you

like to support the PTA by helping to purchase

materials for this project? If so, please go to

www.pay4schoolstuff.com, create an account in

the Parent section or edit your existing account by

updating your student’s grade level. Donate any

amount to our Butterflies, Benches, and Bulbs

fundraiser. Any level of donation will help!
