Investor who registers TVSI online trading service – iTrade – Home will be given a password and order

placing pin number

Definition and sign

1. Meaning of Colour on the Screen

Information of Index

• White mean Stock index has not changed.

• Green mean Stock index has increased from the last official day.

• Red mean Stock index has decreased from the last official day.

Stock Information

• Yellow mean That stock has a present price equals closed price of the last official day.

• Green mean That stock has a present price more than closed price of the last official day.

• Red mean That stock has a present price less than closed price of the last official day.

• Black letters in green shading mean that stock has a present price equals ceiling price.

• Black letters in red shading mean that stock has a present price equals floor price.

Information of Execution

• Green mean It is buying order.

• Red mean It is selling order.

• Yellow mean It is cancelling order

2. Meaning of Sign

Hit/Take Sign Detail

• (+) sign mean It is Take.

• (-) sign mean It is Hit.

Sign of stock volume (in portfolio)

• (+) buy-in stocks

• (-) sell-out stocks

Sign of cash flow (in portfolio)

• (+) The sum to pay after buying stocks

• (-) The sum to receive after selling stocks

PRICE , F12- BEST PRICE or F6 – STOCK TRANSACTION

1. F2 – Market By Price

• Market By Price has 03 pages display in the Part 1 of the screen, press Insert to move to the

next page. This screen function to display data of stock price, the best 3 bid price, and the last 7

trade price.

• MARKET BY PRICE (page 1)

• Direction:

- Press [F2] to go to this screen.

- Input desired stock name then press [ENTER].

• Definition of terms

• VOLUME-BID: 3 best buying prices with volumes

• OFFER -VOLUME: 3 best selling prices with volumes

• RIOR.: preferenc price (that mean close price of the last official day). In the first session, price

expected to be matched in ATO dispalyed right below the preferenc price and there is E letter

before it.

• OPEN:

o OPEN PRICE 1: price expected to be matched in ATO (first session) or opening price

o OPEN PRICE 2: price expected to be matched in ATC (thirth session) or closing price

� CE./FL.(CEIL./ FLR.) : The highest/ loweat trade price of the stock which is able to be traded.

• HI./LO.: The highest / lowest trade price of the stock in the day.

• AVG (AVG.PR) : the average trading price

• LAST: The last trade price of the stock in the MAIN BOARD. Data of the comparison price

between the last trade price and closed price of the previous day is below

• VALUE(M) : value of market (unit: million dong)

• DEAL: in-day matching volume

• MAIN: main board transaction

• BIG: big lot transaction

• BVOL (BUYVOL) : buying volume

• SVOL (SELVOL): selling volume

• The right corner shows 7 closest executed deals with matching prices, volumes and time

• MKT: market share

• MDEAL: The amount of all deals of the stock which occurred in the Main Board

• BDEAL : The amount of all deals of the stock which occurred in the BIG LOT Board

• MVALUE(M ): All value of the stock whch occurred in the Main Board

• BVALUE(M) : All value of stock whch occurred in the BIG LOT Board

• MVOLUME: All volume of the stock whch occurred in the Main Board

• BVOLUME: All volume of stock whch occurred in the BIG LOT Board

2. F12 – Best Price

• Best Price : has has 03 pages display in the Part 1 of the screen, press Insert to move to the

next page.

• Investor can see best selling/ buying prices of 240 stocks. There are 10 pages with 12 stocks in

each page, to move to next page by pressing Pg up and Pg down .

• By clicking to other blanks, investor can insert new stocks or replace stock

• click to an stock, stock information will be displayed in Part 1 of the page.(detailed confirmation

can be seen at Market by Price ). This function helps investor to follow up stock prices in their

portfolio

• Stock displayed information in page 1 is from left to right: best buying volume & price, best selling

volume & price

Market information

1. Most Active Stock

• This screen functions to present the stocks which have the highest value.

• Direction

- Press [F3], there will appear the message

- The user can press any function key to go to the screen accordingly to the number.

1- Most Act Ho : stocks with highest trading value in day at HOSE in descending

2- Most Vola Ho : stocks with biggest volatile trading price in day at HOSE in descending 3- Most Vol Ho : stocks with highest trading volume in day at HOSE in descending

4- Most Act Ha : stocks with highest trading value in day at HASTC in descending

5- Most Vola Ha : stocks with biggest volatile trading price in day at HASTC in descending

6- Most Vol Ha : stocks with highest trading volume in day at HASTC in descending

• Definition of terms:

o SWING: the difference between higest price and lowest price

o %SWING: different percentage between higest price and lowest price

2. Top Gain/ Loss Stock

• This screen displays stocks whose price is increased 10 ranks and decreased 10 rank when

compare with closed price of the previous day. The screen is divided into two parts: Top part

shows stocks with increasing price (GAINER) and the bottom screen shows stocks with

decreasing price

(LOSER).

• Direction

- Press [F4] the message will display

- The user can press any function key to go to the screen accordingly to the number.

2- Top Gianer/Losser Ha : the most most increasing/ decreasing stocks in day at HASTC in

descending


o STOCK: Symbol which indicates that stock

o VOULUME: The total volume of the stock in the Main Board

o AVERAGE: The average price of the stock in the Main Board

o HIGH: highest trade price of the stock in the day

o LOW: lowest trade price of the stock in the day

o BID: highest bidding price

o OFFER: lowest offering price

o LAST TRADE: The last trade price of the stock in the MAIN BOARD o LAST TRADE CHANGE: The changes of the last trade price when compare with PRIOR o %CHANGE: Percentage of Last trade change when compare with close price

3. Stock Active

• This screen displays the price of the stock, best bid and offer price, and the last 7 execution price

of the desired.

• Direction

- Press [F11] to go to this screen. - Enter stock name, the press [ENTER] - Press [PgUp] to look up the data which price is higher that the watching data, or press [PgDn] to

look up the data which price is less that the watching data.


o STOCK SYMBOL: Symbol which

indicates that stock

o STOCK NAME: Abbreviation of stock.

o STOCK TYPE: Stock Type (Look for

detail from FIELD REFERENCES) o FLAGS: Symbol indicates stock (Look

for detail from FIELD REFERENCES) o BID EXCUTE: The volume which there

is a take at the bid price o DEALS OF BID: The amount of time

which there is a take at the bid price

o BID: The volume which there is a bid

at this price

o PRICE: The interval of the stock price

o OFFER: The best OFFER price

o OFFER EXECUTED: The volume which there is a hit at the offer price

o DEALS OF OFFER: The amount of time which there is a hit at the offer price

o VOLUME: The volume of the stock LAST TRADE

o PRICE: The interval of the stock price

o TIME: The time when the last trade is occurred

o LAST TRADE: The last trade price of the stock in the MAIN BOARD

o LAST CHANGE : The changes of the last trade price when compare with PRIOR

(LAST TRADE - PRIOR)

o PERCENT CHANGE: Percentage of Last trade change when compare with close price.

o STOCK SYMBOL : Symbol which indicates that stock

o SECTOR INDEX: The index of the group of the stocks

o CHANGE INDEX: The change of the SECTOR index when compare with SECTOR index of the

previous day.

o PERCENT INDEX CHANGE: The percentage of change of SECTOR index when compare with

the SECTOR index of the previous day

o PAR VALUE : Par price

o PRIOR PRICE: Yesterday close price

o OPEN PRICE 1: The price which is expected to open in PreOpen Market 1 Period or open price

of the stock in Open Market1 period.

o OPEN PRICE 2: The price which is expected to open in PreOpen Market 2 Period or open price

of the stock in Open Market2 period.

o HIGH PRICE: The highest trade price of the stock in the day.

o LOW PRICE: The lowest trade price of the stock in the day.

o CEILING PRICE: The highest trade price of the stock which is able to be traded.

o FLOOR PRICE: The lowest trade price of the stock which is able to be traded.

o AVERAGE PRICE The average price of the stock in the Main Board.

o SPREAD: The interval of the stock price

o BOARD LOT : The volume of the stock in 1 LOT

o BUY VOLUME: The amount of volume on the buying side of the stock in the Main Board

o BUY VALUE : The volume which come from buying stock

o BUY AVG . PRICE: The average buy price of the stock in the Main Board

o BUY PERCENT: The ratio of the value of Hit compare with the value of the MAIN BOARD

o SELL VOLUME : The amount of volume on the selling side of the stock in the Main Board

o SELL VALUE : The selling value in total of the stock in the Main Board

o SELL AVG . PRICE: The average sell price of the stock in the Main Board

o SELL PERCENT : The ratio of the value of the take when compare with the value of MAIN

BOARD

o MAIN VOLUME : All volume of the stock which occurred in the Main Board

o MAIN VALUE: All value of the stock which occurred in the Main Board

o MAIN DEAL : The amount of all deals of the stock which occurred in the Main Board

o BIG LOT VOLUME : The ratio of the value of the take when compare with the value of MAIN

BOARD

o BIG LOT VALUE : The overall value which occurred in BIG LOT Board

o BIG LOT DEAL: The number of deal which occurred in BIG LOT Board

o ODD LOT VOLUME : The amount of VOLUME of stock which is occurred on ODD LOT Board

o ODD LOT VALUE: The overall value which occurred in ODD LOT Board

o ODD LOT DEAL : The amount of all deals of the stock which occurred in the ODD LOT BOARD

o FLAGS: Symbol indicates stock (Look for detail from FIELD REFERENCES) o DATE: The day when the flag is set

o AVERAGE 5 DAYS: The 5 work days average price of the stock in the Main Board.

o VOLUME 5 DAYS : The average volume of the stock in five days

o HIGH 5 DAYS: The highest price of the stock in five days

o LOW 5 DAYS: The lowest price of the stock in five days

4. Market All Trade

• The screen displays last trade of all stock in the market and there is also the area to show data of desired stock.

• Direction

- Press [Ctrl]+[F5] to call up the screen

- Input the desire stock than press [ENTER]


o STOCK SYMBOL : Symbol which

indicates that stock

o STOCK TYPE: Stock Type (Look for

detail from FIELD REFERENCES)

o LAST TRADE : The last trade price of

the stock in the MAIN BOARD

o LAST TRADE CHANGE : The changes

of the last trade price when compare

with PRIOR

o PERCENT CHANGE: Percentage of

Last trade change when compare with

close price.

o HIGH: Highest trading price of today or

Index value of SET or SECTOR which

has the highest price in the day

o LOW: Lowest trading price of today or Index value of SET or SECTOR which has the highest

price in the day

5. New/ Message/ Adv

• This screen shows message from the system or from SET, order by the latest message • Direction

- Press [F8-2], there will appear

"1-View News ,2-System Message,3-Advertisment:"

- Press [PgUp] to look up data from the previous page or press [PgDn] to look up data from the

next page.

- Press any Function Key like in VIEW NEWS screen

Notice : Investor can see the notices from HOSE and HASTC on no. 3 screen of page” Market by price

(F2). However, “View admin message” stores all information and let investor to see any information in

trading day

F9 – Customer Confirmation

• Investor can see the details of their account and control the portfolio effectively

• Direction

- Press [F9] to call up the screen

- Input the customer ID then press [ENTER]

- The system will go to the menu screen

• This screen shows the menu for the investor to view the interesting subject.Key the number that

represent the subject to view that screen.

• INVESTOR MENU Explain each screen that the customers can enter.

Order / Confirmations To view traded order and also investors’ deals at the

moment

Credit Available To view information about the customer credit in each

account.

Port Folio Status It is the Portfolio Status that show the Investors’

information about gain and loss divided by the stock that

the investors have. It also shows whether the investor will

gain or loss if they sell that stocks at the moment

Customer Information Customer general’s Information

Print Report Menu To print traded stock report of the investors.

Customer Summary Menu Show each traded stock of the customer which will show

limitation credit, Bid/Offer volume, Buying/Selling in which

price go with the investors’ order and the summary of the

order that go with the ordered price of the investors’.

Credit Balance and Purchasing Show CREDIT BALANCE Status of the investors.

1. Order/Comfirmation Full Screen

• To view traded order and also investors’ deals at the moment which will ordered by latest traded

time.

• Direction

- Press [1] from INVESTOR MENU to call this screen

- Press [PgUp] to look up in the previous page, or press [PgDn] to look up in the

next page.

- Press [ENTER] will return to INVESTOR MENU


o CREDIT AVAILABLE: The remaining amount of money in the bank account

o CREDIT LIMIT: The highest amount of money that the acount can have

o SHORT CREDIT Remaining selling credit limitation or value of Short

o TOTAL BUY Total buy value of the customer

o TOTAL SELL Total sell value of the customer

o ORDER#: The ID of the order

o BS: Buy/ Sell

o STOCK: Symbol which indicates that stock

o VOLUME: The amount of stock that was traded

o PRICE: The stock price in which was traded

o MATCHED: The volume of the stock that have already been sold or bought.

o UN MATCHED: The volume of the remaining stock that have not been sold or bought.

o MVOLUME (Matched Volume) : The amount of the stock in which selling / buying were ordered

by deals price

o MPRICE (Matched Price) : The price of the stock in which selling / buying were ordered by deals

price

o PUBLISH: Amount limitation in one transaction which summary publish must not exceed buy /

sell orders.( Publish = lot and not less than 1000 stocks )

o ORD_ST: Order status

o S (Service type): � I: Internet

� D: Dealer

2. Order/Comfirmation After Close

• The screen displays orders and deals of the investor at the time

• Direction

- Press [PgUp] to look up in the previous page, or press [PgDn] to look up in the

next page.


• After pressing F9/2, investor key in the stock symbol in the STOCK blank and order type to SIDE

blank (“s” for selling order and “b” for buying order), press “enter” to display.

• Leaving the STOCK blank and type ALL in SIDE blank, the screen will display all orders in day.

Notice: this function would only display after the trading time.

3. Credit Available

• To view information about the customer credit in each account

• Direction



• Definition of Terms:

o ACCOUNT: Account which belong to this customer

o USED: Used credit include the commission

o AVAILABLE : Available credit

4. Porfolio Status

INSTRUCTIONS


• It is the Portfolio Status that show the Investors’ information about gain and loss divided by the

stock that the investors have. It also shows whether the investor will gain or loss if they sell that

stocks at the moment

• Direction

- Press [4] to call up this screen from the investor menu

- Input the number of menu which are

blank.

• Definition of Term:

o LIMI (Credit Limit): The

highest amount of money that

the account can have (50

billion)

o CREDIT-AV (Credit

Available): The remaining

amount of money in the bank

account

o TOTAL-B (Total Buy): Total

buy value of the customer

o TOTAL-S (Total Sell): Total

sell value of the customer

o SHORT CREDIT: Remaining

selling credit limitation or

value of Short

o TOTAL COST: Total stock

cost of the customer.

o STOCK: the symbol which indicates that stock

o TY: Stock Type

� W: Wait to be sent

o ACT-POS (Actual position): Show the Actual amount of stock

o AVAI-PO (Availabe position): Available volume of the stock that can be sold

o COST:

� Normal Stock: It is an average price to buy the stock. (including transaction fee)

� Lending Stock: It is an average price to sell the stock

o BID: The best bid price that will be information that helps the customer to sell the stock

whether Gain / Loss

o OFFER : The best offer price that was used for Short Sell. It will be information that helps the

customer to sell the stock whether Gain / Loss

o UNREALIZED: The summary of Gain / Loss that will occur if the stock has been traded

o REALIZED: The summary of Gain / Loss that happened from traded stock

Extra Qualifications

Before pre open: MKT_PRI = yesterday Close price

Pre open: MKT_PRI = pre-open price or yesterday Close price

Open: MKT_PRI = The last trade price of the stock in the MAIN BOARD

Intermission: MKT_PRI = The last trade price of the stock in the MAIN

BOARD

Before Market Close: MKT_PRI = pre-close or The last trade price of

the stock in the MAIN BOARD

Close: MKT_PRI = Close Price at the moment

o AMOUNT: The actual cost of the

stock in PORT

o VALUE : Value of the stock at the

moment.

o GAIN/LOSS: Profit or loss of the

stock (the difference between

initial investment and selling value

at the present time.

o %G/L (% Gain/ Loss): Profit or

loss of the stock in percent.

o Total Amount: The total value of

the stock in PORT

o Total Value : Total stock cost of

the customer.

o TOTAL GAIN /LOSS: Total Gain/Loss of all the stock in port

o TOTAL %G/L: Percentage of total Gain/Loss of all the stock in port

5. Due Information

• This function helps clients to follow up cash flow and stock out and in the account in present day

and in 3 coming days.

• Definition of Terms:

o AVAILABLE: The remaining amount of

money in the bank account

o PAYMENT: amount to pay for

transactions in day

o OVERDUE: overdue amount

o MKTVALUE (Market Value): present

market value of stock.

o WTR (Wait to be received): buying stock

volume waiting to be received.

o WTS (Wait to be Send): elling stock

volume waiting to be sent.

o T+1/ T+2/ T+3: cash flow and stock to

due date in next coming days

6. Customer Information

• Customer general’s Information

• Direction

- Press [F9]-[6] to call up the screen or call

from Expand Approve screen

- Press [PgUp] or [PgDn] to view the data of

the other pages.

7. Print Report Menu

• To print traded stock report of the investors.

• Direction

- Press [7] from INVESTOR MENU

- Key report number that the investor want to print then confirm printing

Report from iTrade Pro

• iTrade Pro can print confirm report by using Function key F9, PRINT CONFIRM screen, the

screen will show as followed.

Detail of report 1. CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION

• This is a report shows all order list which customer entered at the

• moment and shows Match Volume of each order. Moreover, it shows summary of TOTAL

BUY/SELL; separate each stock and all TOTAL BUY/SELL of customer.

2. TODAY TRANSACTION - BY STOCK BY PRICE

• This is a report shows customer Order list that deals at the moment excluding commission value,

TOTAL of stock also, and show full stock name of each stock and shows detail of customer data

3. CUSTOMER POSITION

• This is a report shows stock list in port of customer at the moment.It show position volume,

average price and market price for show Gain/Loss of stock and summary Gain/Loss of

customer.

8. Customer Summary Menu

• This screen shows choices for the investors to choose which summary trading information the

users want to see

• Direction

- Press [F9] to call INVESTOR MENU


- Key [1-2] to choose each screen

1 - Order Summary By Stock By Price

• The screen summarizes orders detail of the stock, ordering by stock symbol, side of orders and

price.

• Direction

- Press [F9]-[8]-[1] to call up this screen

- Press [PgUp] and [PgDn] to view data of other pages.

- Press [ENTER] to go back to investor menu


o STOCK: symbol which indicates that stock

INSTRUCTIONS


o BS: Buy/ Sell

o ORD.VOL: The amount of stock

that was traded

o MATCHED: Stock volume in which

has been sold / bought

o UNMATCHED: The remaining

amount of the stock in which have

not traded

o AMOUNT: The actual cost of the

stock in PORT

o CANCEL: Total cancel volume of

the stock

o ACL.VOL: Show the Actual amount

of stock

o MKT.AVR: The average price in the

market of stock

o TOTAL BUY : Total buy value of the customer

o TOTAL SELL: Total sell value of the customer

o ST (STATUS): order status

� M (MATCH): order matched � X (CANCEL): order cancelled

(by investor or not matched)

� XA (CANCEL): cancelled due to

not enough available money

� REJECT: cancelled by system administrator key in late or incorrect

o SUMMARRY: Summarize of the order (B/S) or change price of the stock which have been matched. Average Price = {sum of (total volume of matched stock * matched price)} / (total volume of matched stock)

o TOTAL SOLD: Total sell value of the customer

o TOTAL BOUGHT: Total buy value of the customer

o MATCHED: Stock volume in which has been sold / bought

o PRICE: Each price of the stock which has been matched

o ORDER STATUS: Status of the order

o ORDER TYPE: Buy / Sell

o TOTAL: Summary line of the change of order side or stock.

3 - Account Confirm Summary

• The screen summarizes the orders

of each account of the investor,

arranged by stock symbol and order

side. It also shows average price,

volume and value of the stock, and

commission of the stock.

- Press [PgUp] and [PgDn] to view data of the next page.

vat

o MARKET AVERAGE PRICE: The average price in the market of stock o TOTAL B: total buy

o TOTAL S: total sell

o TOTAL AMOUNT: The total value of the stock in PORT o TOTAL NET: Total Net price which the customer may receive or pay to the broker include

commission and vat

Notice: investor can press keys Pg up, Pg down or icon (◄►) to move to next page

Place buying/ selling orders

1. Buy Order Entry There are 3 ways to place buying order

• Click Buy Order Entry in Help Menu

• Press composed keys Ctrl+B: Ctr+B The screen will display

5. ENTER to confirm the order

6. ENTER to send the order

2. Sell Order Entry There are 3 ways to place selling order

• Press (-)

• Click Sell Order Entry in the Help Menu

Notice:

• Press Enter or Tab to move to next blank. To back to the previous blank, press (◄)

• Buying/ selling orders have order code after being executed.

Change password/ pin

Pro is protected with two security layers.

1. Change Password

Press composed keys Shift +F9 or click Change Password in the Help Menu to change password

Notice : For the first log in, the system will request investor to change password, the old password is the

one that TVSI provided.

The words: “Changed password successfully!” will be displayed after the changing password is

completed.

2. Change Pin

Press composed keys Shift +F9 or click Change Pin in the Help Menu to change password
