Itinerary

Day 01

Group report at the Bandaranaike International Airport. Group met by the Superlink Representative at the Departure Lounge Depart to India.

Arrive in Delhi Airport. Meet & greet on arrival and thereafter transfer to hotel. Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive will go Agra on arrival check in at hotel. After Lunch visit Taj Mahal (every Friday is closed) and Agra fort. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel. Day 02

Breakfast at the hotel.

After breakfast drive to Lucknow, enroute visit Sankasiya On arrival check in at hotel.

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive (180 Kms/ 05 hrs) to Sravasti. On arrival check in at hotel. After lunch visit Sravasti, where Buddha spent his 24 monsoons, visit Jetvana and Ananda Bodhi Tree.

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04


After breakfast drive 5 hrs to Lumbini (Nepal) via Kapilvastu. While going to Lumbini, stop at India/Nepal border for Visa/Immigration formalities. Later check-in at Hotel. 15 Min. drive from the Nepal Border. After lunch visit Lumbini, the Birth place of Lord Buddha. Visit Maya Devi Temple and Ashokan Pillar. Drive to Kushinagar.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05


After breakfast visit Maha Parinirwana Temple (where Buddha took his last breath) and Rambhar Stupa (cremation site of Lord Buddha) & Japan Temple drive to Rajgir. Enroute visit Vaishali Stupa and Pillar. Hot lunch at Vaishali. On arrival check in at hotel.

Diner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06


After early breakfast visit Rajgir, visit the vulture Hill, hot spring in Rajgir, world peace Stupa, Bamboo's Garden. After lunch at Rajgir continue to Nalanda to visit the ruins of world oldest University. Later drive to Bodhgaya. On arrival check in at hotel.

Diner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 07


Morning visit Mahabodhi Temple for SIL & Bodhi Tree, Great Buddha Statue, Niranjana River, Sujata Temple - which is across the Niranjana river & it's 30 minutes’ walk. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon visit to Dungeshwari caves.

Dinner and overnight stay at the Bodhgaya.

Day 08 Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive (243 Kms/ 05-06 hrs) to Varanasi. On arrival check in at hotel. After lunch visit SARNATH along with Pirith ceremony (where Buddha delivered his first sermon). Visit Sarnath Museum and Stupa. Diner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 09 Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast on time departure transfer to the airport to board the flight for onward journey.

CONDITIONS GOVERNING VOLUNTRY CANCELLATION OF PILGRIMAGE

• I understand that when the booking is made on twin/triple sharing basis, my roommate/s is/are allocated according to the booking order in which bookings are made unless otherwise I have brought in my roommate at the time of booking In the event if Superlink Travels is not in a position to provide me a roommate to share the room, that I will agree to stay in a Single room by paying the additional supplement for the Single Room

• Furthermore after the pilgrimage has commenced no single room could be made a double nor a double room made a single

• I also understand that when I’m travelling with friend/s and relative/s Superlink Travels cannot guarantee rooms on the same floor at the hotel

• Furthermore I’m also aware that I’m not entitled to any refund/unutilized service due to return to my destination before accomplishing of pilgrimage

• I acknowledge that I’m aware that flight cancellations/delayed or lost or damaged baggage/ or any other inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure/acts of God the airline or Superlink Travels will not be responsible in providing accommodation, I understand that all such expenses should be borne by me

• I’m also aware that my passport should be valid for at least for seven (07) months from the date of travel If not, I also agree to renew my passport and forward it to Superlink Travels three (03) months prior to the departure

• If the payment is made by Credit Card I also agree to pay an additional surcharge of 3% (or 4% for Amex Cards)

• Ialso understand that the Balance Payment has to be made 12 weeks prior to the departure date if not for any delayed payments Iagree to pay 0.1% per day (maximum for 07 days) thereafter if Ido not pay the Balance Amount within this period I’maware it will be presumed as Ihave cancelled mypilgrimageand the below mentioned cancellation charges will apply
