Golf at The Vines – Ellenbrook Course with shared motorised carts

Pre-round group golf clinic with PGA Professional Skye Choueiri

With lush bent grass greens, among

the largest in the country, unique

bunkering and a beautiful natural

layout, you will be tested on every

hole whilst also taking time to soak

up the surrounds. The landscaping

areas on the fairways, are generous

enough for the average golfer, but a

premium has been put on the

consequence of finishing in either

bunker or water.

Evening: A true West Australian experience

Fish & Chips on the beach while watching the sunset over the water,

something those of us on the East coast don’t get to experience!

Golf at The Vines – Lakes Course with shared motorised carts

Pre-round group golf clinic with PGA Professional Skye Choueiri

The Lakes is considered the

members’ course at The Vines

and is arguably more eye-

catching, particularly with its

water-laden finishing holes,

although many of its more

enticing attributes don’t feature

any water, thankfully! If there is

a common theme to the two

courses at The Vines, it’s the size

of the greens. Often these

gargantuan surfaces play like

two or three greens in one.

After breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and travel south to Margaret River, stopping on the

way to experience a golf clinic with Shani Waugh, ex-touring professional and 3 time winner on the

Ladies European Tour.

Golf at Bunbury Golf Club with shared carts – 9 holes

Located in a tranquil setting

between the Collie River and

Leschenault Estuary, Bunbury Golf

Club is a well wooded, challenging

course with large undulating

greens. First established in 1948,

the Club policy has been one of

continual improvement with the

course rated in the top 10 in

Western Australia, and No. 59

throughout Australia. The course

ambles amongst 180 acres of

native trees and plants and is home

to numerous varieties of fauna

including over 200 kangaroos.

Originally built in 1903 by the

Government of Western

Australia, the historic Caves

House Hotel Yallingup

provided accommodation for

visitors to the newly opened

caves nearby. The

magnificently restored,

heritage-listed Caves House

Hotel features original

textured plasterwork,

skirtings, coffered ceilings,

decorative ceiling treatments,

fireplaces, saloon bar, picture

rails, Art Deco cornices,

terrazzo floors and coves, wall tiles, etc. The existing bedrooms have been made larger, with all

rooms now featuring a marble-tiled en-suite bathroom and some rooms have an adjacent sitting

room.

Afternoon Wine Tour of the Margaret River Region

This morning, enjoy some time

relaxing around the hotel, or

down on the absolutely

gorgeous Yallingup beach

before joining us on an

afternoon wine tour. From the

first commercial vineyard

planting in Margaret River in

1967, the region, whilst a

relatively small producer of

Australian wine, produces a

massive 20% of Australia’s

premium wine. The pristine

environment and the many

micro climates ensure that every wine is special but not one is the same. Spend the afternoon

visiting just some of the 95 cellar doors on off in the Margaret River Region.

Golf at Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club with shared motorised carts

The Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course

is owned by the members of

Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club and is

one of the best maintained golf

courses in the South West. The golf

course is fully reticulated and has

broad fairways interspersed with

many lakes and water features which

host a wide variety of native bird life.

A great country course that has it’s

own tavern on site. Perfect for those 19th hole G&T’s!

behalf the booking is made. Clients booking by telephone, facsimile, web or e-mail will be deemed

to have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions set out below. Therefore, please read them

As Golf & Tours Pty Ltd is only acting as an agent we have no liability in respect to the supply of any

element of your booking, including any liability for illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind,

delay and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any provider of travel services or products

or by other third parties unless caused by our negligence.

Flights

This tour requires a minimum of 11 golfers to proceed. Please do not book your flights until you have

been advised by Golf & Tours that this tour will be proceeding. If minimum numbers are not achieved,

you will be offered a full refund or opportunity to transfer your deposit to another tour.



ITINERARY


Travel Insurance

Golf & Tours Pty Ltd strongly recommends that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time

of paying a deposit. The policy should provide cover for loss of deposit, cancellation and additional

expenses, medical expenses and repatriation and loss or damage to baggage and valuables. You are

responsible for making any special or increased insurance arrangements which you deem are necessary.

The payments made to G&T for your tour are non-refundable. Travel insurance will cover you for unseen

circumstances that may force you to withdraw from the tour.

Pricing

Every effort is made to ensure that the prices quoted to you are correct; however, Golf & Tours Pty Ltd

acts only as an agent and relies on information provided to us from our suppliers of the travel services

and products listed in this itinerary. We will bring to your attention any change in price prior to you

paying the balance of the tour. N.B some golf clubs, hotels, transfer companies and travel service

providers reserve the right to increase their pricing due to increases in green fees, hotel accommodation

charges and currency fluctuations etc. Where the increase in price is greater than 10% of the original

price of the tour, you may choose to either:

(a) cancel the applicable booking without incurring any penalty; or

(b) accept the change of price

You must notify Golf & Tours of your choice, in writing within 14 days of receipt of notice of the increase

or you will be deemed to have accepted the price change and will be liable for payment of the increase.

Payments

Golf & Tours accepts the following payment methods: Direct bank deposits, cheque and credit card (Visa,

American Express or MasterCard N.B a credit card processing fee will be applied).

A deposit of $400 per person is required to secure your place on this tour. Please indicate on the booking

form how you wish to make this payment.

The balance will be due 60 days prior to departure ie. on 27th August 2018. Golf & Tours will contact you

prior to this date, advising of the full amount owing, minus the deposit already paid, giving you the final

balance owing. If you wish to make this final balance payment earlier than this date, please contact Golf

& Tours Pty Ltd.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations by the client must be in writing and are subject to the following forfeit of cost per person:

• Cancellation before final balance payment is required: Deposit lost or option to transfer full

deposit to a subsequent tour

• Cancellation after final balance payment has been completed: 100% of the tour cost charged

If the company is forced to cancel a tour, a full refund or option to transfer full deposit to a subsequent

tour will be offered to the client.
