Ithaka

• In my estimation, this poem is mainly about life and a lifetime achivement. The adventure we set out for the Ithaka is "life" and Ithaka is our goal. This poem wants to encourage us not to live with fear (if we are not evil) but to embrace it and keep moving forward.

• In life we can encounter many different things. Different joys, choices We can learn many things and we can wander many foreign countries but we must live our life as colorful as possible but keep our goal in mind. That is what we are due to. Once we finaly come to en end in our journey and that very moment when we look back, we understand the life was the most precious thing we ever had and the ambition to achive our aim kept us going and helped us to shape our path until we ended up in a dead end.

• I liked the poem. The symbols it used are very interesting themselves. I enjoyed reading it and it made me think.
