The Design Process Journal 20%

1. All work should be in an A4 or A3 size format. 2. You may use any type of paper

3. Please use the template provided. 4. Minimum 5 page and max 15 pages per submission.

5. You will need to show the “process of ideas”, explorations and some research such as definitions etc… through sketches and

doodles etc. 6. All hand drawn… but could be supported

by printed images if necessary

Understand Your Toy - diagrams exploration – 5%

Students are required to explore, record and

understand the followings;

1. The characteristic and personality of the toy

character. (example batman – mysterious, bats,

mask etc)

2. The physical characteristic of the toy. (height,

weight, color etc)

3. The history, concept, aim of the toy character.

4. Others if any

Each of the above, students will have to explain it

through diagrams, sketches, mind map with

visuals and annotations.
