From Fabric A, fussy cut:six 10-1/2” squares

From each of Fabrics B, C and E, cut:one 6-1/2” x WOF strip. Subcut:three 6-1/2” squares

From Fabric D, cut:one 6-1/2” x WOF strip. Subcut:four 6-1/2” squares

From Fabric F, cut:one 6-1/2” x WOF strip. Subcut:five 6-1/2” squares

From Fabric G, cut:one 6-1/2” x WOF strip. Subcut:six 6-1/2” squares

From each of Fabrics H and I, cut:three 1-1/2” x WOF strips. Subcut: four 1-1/2” x 10-1/2” top/bottom block borders four 1-1/2” x 12-1/2” side block borders

From each of Fabrics J and K, cut:two 1-1/2” x WOF strips. Subcut: two 1-1/2” x 10-1/2” top/bottom block borders two 1-1/2” x 12-1/2” side block borders

From Fabric L, cut:five 2-1/2” x WOF strips. Sew together, end-to-end, then trim: two 2-1/2” x 36-1/2” top/bottom inner borders two 2-1/2” x 52-1/2” side inner borders

From Fabric M, cut:five 4-1/2” x WOF strips. Trim two strips to make: two 4-1/2” x 40-1/2” top/bottom outer borders Sew the remaining strips together, end-to-end, then trim: two 4-1/2” x 60-1/2” side outer borders

Cutting Instructions

- Read through all of the instructions before beginning.- All of the seam allowances are 1/4” unless otherwise noted.- Press seam allowances open unless otherwise noted. - Width of fabric (WOF) is equal to at least 42” wide.- Right sides together has been abbreviated to RST.- Remember to measure twice and cut once!

Notes Before You Begin

Step 1: Sew a 1-1/2” x 10-1/2” Fabric H strip to the top and bottom edges of a Fabric A panel square. Press toward the strips. Sew a 1-1/2” x 12-1/2” Fabric H strip to the left and right edges of the panel square. Press toward the strips.

Repeat to make a total of six 12-1/2” square Panel Blocks: two each from Fabric H and Fabric I, and one each from Fabric J and Fabric K.

Step 2: Gather four 6-1/2” squares, from Fabrics C, D, G and F. Arrange to form a four-patch. Sew together to form rows, pressing the seams in opposite directions. Sew the rows together, nesting the seams.

Repeat to make a total of six 12-1/2” square Pieced Blocks, referring to the Quilt Assembly Diagram for fabric placement.

Step 3: Arrange the Panel and Pieced blocks into four rows of three blocks. Note the fabric placement and block orientation in the Quilt Assembly Diagram.

Step 4: Sew the blocks together to form rows. Press the seams toward the Pieced Blocks.

Step 5: Sew the rows together to form the quilt center. Press the row seams open.

Step 6: Sew the Fabric L top and bottom inner borders to the quilt center. Press toward the borders. Sew the Fabric L side inner borders to the sides of the quilt center. Press toward the borders.

Step 7: Sew the Fabric M top and bottom outer borders to the quilt center. Press toward the borders. Sew the Fabric M side outer borders to the sides of the quilt center. Press toward the borders.

Your quilt top is complete. Baste, quilt, bind and enjoy!
