It’s comfy and roomy with an ambiance and friendly service that is as pleasing the many, many specialty dishes cre- ated by the talented kitchen chefs. Open only a short time and already the rage of the area, this chic family friendly restaurant is a place where the food ranges high, the portions are man-sized and the service is friendly and caring. A large range of spe- cialties, including a daily offering of mouth-watering Italian favorites, are quite popular with neighborhood aficionados of inspired Italian cookery. The owner Vincent and his family are very com- munity oriented and do whatever is necessary to please the pub- lic. Located min- utes from the Freehold Race- way Mall, and quite close to Great Adven- ture, this newly renovated estab- lishment has been owned and operated by the Castronovo fam- ily for 4 years as a deli but over the past five months, the new award-winning Albivi Brick Oven Restaurant has earned praise by critics and re- searchers. Owner Vincent Castronovo is the driving spirit in the kitchen, along with Chef Romero, at this neighborhood eatery, which have been pleasing area residents since their arrival. It is clear to all who dine at Albivi, that the dishes are the true stars of this establishment! Their reliable service staff including Maitre’D Ray Sanchez, (Daniela’s fa- ther), is just as sociable as the personable owners, as their desire to have happy faces is quite evident. Whether you are coming for a ‘light bite’, a luscious lunch or a get-together with family or friends, dining is like a well run symphony with dishes that utilize fresh ingredients in an atmo- sphere that invited you to linger. Albivi is a good choice for any occasion and provide very impres- sive catering ‘setups’ both in- side and off premises. They are definitely the rage of the area; Vincent and Daniela greet every guest that enters, with a genu- ine eagerness to please. The entire area celebrates and welcomes the arrival of the Castronovo family and the professional service staff. This is an upbeat restaurant where a lively crowd meets for fun, affordable prices and dazzling four star dishes. Finally, a restaurant to please all tastes and pocketbooks.
