Individual Classes

The little ones began with the basics learning to cross over an obstacle, using a step over action.

The children were encouraged to do a continuous action of walking, then stepping or jumping over

with only one foot, before resuming to walking again.

A higher obstacle was given for a more elaborate action of stepping over.

Joy & Peace

It was such a pleasant surprise to see how well the Joy and Peace children were hurdling!

Each time the height was increased, they cheered!

Some needed a little guidance with crossing the obstacles with one leg instead of jumping over, but majority

did well!
