It was a special show and tell day. Jaydon Moses (Peace) brought his dog Jessie to school

and the children were so excited to see a “real” dog in school.

Everyone could not wait to befriend Jessie!

Fun & Movement

Mass Activity

Putting practice into play.

Different instructions were given and the children were tasked to complete these missions…

All while balancing on one leg!

“Pat your head and rub your tummy…”

“Close your eyes if you can!”


“Bring the stick over your head…”

“…slowly bring it down…lower…lower…”

“… and under one leg!”


Listening very carefully, the children were instructed

as to which two colour groups will be exchanging their positions…without bumping into one another!

Individual Classes

Love 1 & 2

The little ones began with the basics learning to cross over an obstacle, using a step over action.

The children were encouraged to do a continuous action of walking, then stepping or jumping over

with only one foot, before resuming to walking again.


A higher obstacle was given for a more elaborate action of stepping over.

Joy & Peace

It was such a pleasant surprise to see how well the Joy and Peace children were hurdling!

Each time the height was increased, they cheered!

Some needed a little guidance with crossing the obstacles with one leg instead of jumping over, but majority

did well!

Aesthetics (Art/Craft)

The children have been enjoying “performing” with the various puppets

at the Puppet Theatre over at the Green Turf area.

Not an easy task… they had to position the puncher over the correct area and press really hard!


Using the paper fasteners, assemble the various body parts

Lots of thinking involved as they first have to position the body parts….

Then use the fasteners to hold the parts together…

And finally, taping 2 sticks to the legs of the animal….

For the Love children, they chose and coloured their favourite animals.

And Teacher helped to assemble the different parts.

For any song item, learning to sing in tune is key!

It’s great to see the Peace children expressing a willingness to sing well!

Say hello to our very spontaneous audience / judges from time to time, during practices!
