Pin Frequently Used Programs and Files to the Taskbar (aka Jump Lists) Pin Programs

Goto Start > All Programs > Find your program > right click > Pin to Taskbar

Pin Files Open file

Right click the program in taskbar > Hover to the right of the file name > Pin to this list
