existing 24 year old USPTO patented hot water pre-heat design to eliminate the shortcoming. There were no shortcoming in the concept of utilizing attic heat to heat hot water, but at that time in history the materials and installation techniques and construction procedures did not yet exist.

• It is our material mix and installation techniques that provide our Patent pending systems and methods that makes the HWPH-300 system and our other Ambient Heat recovery systems unique and assures the performance and expectations of our Ambient Energy recovery designs.
