it is the duty of theCaptainGeneralto seethat theAsylum is in suitablearrayandthatall Paraphernaliais ina convenientplace for the smooth flow of Ceremoniesduring theOrderof the Temple. The Scrim should be inplace andmovedto theside.The Pilgrim PenitentsRobeshould be in the West behind the Warder and theChapeau,Baldric, Sword, Belt and Scabbardfor theCandidateshould be in the South-East.

It is Ihe duty of theJunior Wardento completetheChamberwork andteachiheCandidateto wield the Swordpreviousto theopening. The Candidateshould be seatedwith friends, if possible,during theopeningceremonies.

TheCommandermustberesponsiblefor the Instruc-tion to the Candidateto wear black trousers,hose andshoesand the time and place for his knighting.

TheOfficersandKnights servingin thelinesareto bein full Templar Uniform. The Treasurer, Recorder,Prelate, StandardBearerand Color Bearerdo not wearswords.Prelate does not wear gloves while robed.

The Stage Crew shall be responsible for themovementof all Paraphernaliaduring the Order of theTemple and make all adjustments requestedby theCaptainGeneral.It is recommendedthat theseKnightsnotbe Officersof theCoinmanderyandalthoughthey arenot in TeinplarUniform their dressshouldbe suitablefortheoccasion.If it is necessarythat theStandardBearer,SwordBearerandColor BeareractastheStageCrew,theyshall move to and from position using appropriateCommanderymovements.

An Officer’s station is onepace in froni of his chair.Whenarising,hetakesonestepforward(beforedrawingifswordis used).Whenbeingseated,hestepsbackwardtwohalf stepsandis seated.Whenaddressed,SwordOfficersarise, takeone step forward, draw swords,cometo thesecondposition of Salute and after Salute is returnedcomesto the position of Carry in unison.

The Wardersroutefrom his stalion(onepacein frontof hischair) to theSentinelsdoor is threepacesEast,andemployingaflankmovementprocedesSouthuntil direcilyin frontof SwordBearerschairat which time heprocedesd~rect1yto thedoor againemploying a flank movement.
