1. Course Description
This course comprises the basic concept of the data warehouse; how to design data warehouse and technology and
requirements that needed to build the data warehouse. This course gives student basic knowledge related to the data
warehouse and skills how to design, build and implement the data warehouse that appropriate to the need.
2. Graduate Competency
Each course in the study program contributes to the graduate competencies that are divided into employability and
entrepreneurial skills and study program specific outcomes, in which students need to have demonstrated by the time
they complete their course.
BINUS University employability and entrepreneurial skills consist of planning and organizing, problem solving and

On successful completion of this course, student will be able to:

• LO 3: Describe the advantages of data warehouse utilization
• LO 4: Analyze the strategy of design and implement data warehouse and why data warehouse is the suitable
solution that appropriate to the need
