a junior experience:The most memorable junior experience I have had is Kyle Keith’s performance of The Scarlet Letter last year. I have never seen it come alive like that before. Kyle’s rendition of Pearl was absolutely hilarious. He had the whole class in stitches, and people were even in the hallway watching it. I always have the juniors do something creative with The Scarlet Letter, but I love the skits the most. That always seems like it’s the one they have the most fun with. The Scarlet Letter is such a serious novel, so it’s great to be creative with it. The acting always gives me something to remember. The next year, I always have these memories I can tell the classes. I love teaching juniors because they’re fun, but they’re serious. They’ve gotten to that point where they’ve taken stock in their education and matured.
