HS Series Center Mount Sign Bracket This patented bracket design is perfect for single or back-to-back sign mounting on round posts. This design also allows for easy installation with only one typical 9/16” wrench. The HS series sign bracket is reusable and 360° adjustable to mount signs in any direction. Our design does not require any labor-intensive drilling into sign posts which eliminates damage to city property. These brackets are manufactured from extruded aluminum, which is extremely strong yet flexible enough to increase clamping pressure for a more safe and secure installation.

5-1/2” Top Mounts & Crosspieces By far the most widely used style of sign brackets in North America, Dyna Engineering’s line of 5-1/2” sign brackets are manufactured from high-pressure die cast aluminum. All brackets undergo a low-sheen vibratory polishing allowing for easy handling without sharp corners while leaving an attractive surface finish. Brackets are available in this style for post mounting signs to round, U-channel or square posts. Designed with a bolt clearance hole, these brackets can mount signs by bolt thru or set screw. For sign installations using set screws, only 25-40 inch pounds of torque is required to safely secure a sign.

12” Top Mounts & Crosspieces Designed for the need of increasingly larger signs, these brackets can accommodate standard 9” tall street name signs. Dyna Engineering’s line of 12” length sign brackets are manufactured from high-pressure die cast aluminum. All brackets undergo a low-sheen vibratory polishing allowing for easy handling without sharp corners while leaving an attractive surface finish. Brackets are available in this style for post mounting signs to round, U-channel or square posts. Designed with a bolt clearance hole, these brackets can mount signs by bolt thru or set screw. For sign installations using set screws, only 25-40 inch pounds of torque is required to safely secure a sign.

Windless® Overhead Sign Mounts These extremely strong and durable overhead sign brackets are constructed from high tensile aluminum alloy and assembled with stainless steel fasteners for complete corrosion resistance. We’ve also equipped the bracket with specialized oil-impregnated brass Oilite® bushings to self-lubricate the swinging components for a low-maintenance overhead sign system. In comparison to other cast aluminum overhead brackets which have a higher likelihood to crack or fracture under high stress windloads, Dyna Engineering’s Windless® Overhead Sign Mount brackets are designed to withstand extreme winds in all weather conditions.

All-Sign End Mounts This convenient line of end mounts use a bolt thru style sign mounting without a sign slot. This way it is compatible with both standard flat and extruded signs as well as any thickness of other signs. With the bolt-to-post hole centers lining up with 1” hole centers, these brackets can be mounted directly to standard 1” hole center telespar square posts without any labour-intensive drilling into sign posts which eliminates damage to city property. Similar to our other end mounts, these brackets can also be mounted to a post with stainless steel strapping.

Pre-Fabricated Bucklestraps Our machine shop is capable of manufacturing pre-fabricated strapping hardware using standard stainless steel strapping cut to length with a tapered end on one side and a permanently attached buckle on the other. This allows for quick and easy installation, saving approximately 3 minutes per sign, and reduces the number of tools brought to a job site. We have added a feature to our cutting tools which taper the ends of the strapping in order to protect the installer from any sharp or jagged edges caused by cutting the strapping with basic shears. The tapering also allows for easier entry into the bracket and the buckle when fastening.

This easy-to-use 3-piece design allows you to mix-and-match any sign post types, in essence, you create your own “build-to-fit” coupler for whatever you need. Another benefit of this 3-piece design is that you only have to replace components as necessary. The cups can be reused and replaced as needed and the centerpiece is just a fraction of the replacement cost of traditional 1-piece designs.

Useful Tip: Keep some pre-assembled sets on hand when heading out to repair fallen sign posts. There’s no need to re-assemble on-site. Bring all of the used components back to your workshop to salvage, repair and re-assemble reusable parts in a more comfortable environment. Some threaded holes may need re-threading. First Flash Function All DL-3’s are equipped with our “First Flash” function. The LED will flash once as soon as the barricade light is switched into the “ON” position. This works regardless of the surrounding light conditions. The function helps with checking whether the batteries are still operational even during the day time. Rather than trying to “shade” the barricade light to trigger the photocell to activate the flashing, this feature offers a quick and easy method to service this barricade light in the field. Simply by turning the barricade light off and on, the light will flash indicating the batteries are still operational.
