TO ENTER:Submit your island-based travel photos along with a $3 entry ee per photo. Photos must be submitted as prints no smaller than 46 inches andno larger than 810 inches. Each print submitted must be labeled on the back with your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, and the islandlocation the image was taken. Orlando Ave., Ste. 200, Winter Park, FL 32789. All inormation provided by entrant must be complete, true andcorrect. Submissions to the Contest must be postmarked by January 29, 2010, and received by February 8, 2010, in order to be eligible; entries received atethat date will be deemed ineligible to win. All submitted entries become the property o Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned; Sponsor is noresponsible or lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries. All entries may be published in ISLANDS Magazine and on its website, whether selected or a prize or not. Nothing in these Contest rules obligates Sponsor to publish or otherwise use any photos submitted in connection withthe Contest. Each entry must be submitted on an individual basis (i.e., no team, joint, or corporate entries) and all components o the entry must be the originacreation o the submitting participant. Only non-commercial work may be submitted. Entries may not contain proanity, nudity, pornographic images, violentimages, anti-competition messages, illegal material, or material that violates the rights o third parties. Entries may not include confdential inormation, tradesecrets, trademarks or copyrighted material belonging to any person or entity other than the participant absent a suitable license or permission agreement(proo o which is required). Entries containing any orbidden matter or material otherwise deemed by Sponsor to be inappropriate will be disqualifed.

JUDGING: A panel o judges consisting o ISLANDS Magazine editors will select the winning entry based equally upon the criteria o originality, technicaskill, and relevance to island travel. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Ofcial Rules, and that the decisions o the judges are fnal and bindingin all respects. Judging will be completed by Feb. 19, 2010, and potential winners will be notifed by e-mail or phone on or beore Feb. 26, 2010. Basedupon the content o submissions, Sponsor reserves the right not to select any winning submissions. Potential winners will be required to sign and returna sworn Afdavit o Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release. I required documentation is not returned within seven (7) business days o notifcationor i notifcation is returned as undeliverable, any prize will be oreited and an alternate winner will be selected.

PRIZE AWARDS: Prizes will be awarded within sity (60) days ater winner verifcation. No prize substitution or transer is permitted, ecept that Sponsoreserves the right to substitute a prize o equal or greater value or any reason. All taes, custom ees and any other incidental epenses on Prizes are the soleresponsibility o each winner. Prizes are subject to restrictions including blackout dates.

GENERAL RULES & LIMITATIONS: By entering, you represent that: (i) your entry is your own original work; and (ii) you own or have the rights to convey anyand all right and title in any material submitted as part o your entry into the Contest. Byparticipating in the Contest, you agree to release Sponsor and its parent companies, afliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, ofcers, and agents romany and all liability, claims or actions o any kind whatsoever or injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connectionwith the receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse o any prize. Sponsor is not responsible or technical, hardware or sotware ailures, or other errors oproblems which may occur in connection with the Contest, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwiseincluding, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration o the Contest, the processing or judging o entries, theannouncement o the prizes, in any Contest-related materials, or that may limit prize ulfllment or a participants ability to enter the Contest. Sponsor reservesthe right to amend these ofcial rules and to permanently disqualiy rom the Contest any person it believes has intentionally violated these ofcial rules.
