AnumberofjihadistterroroutfitscomprisingLashkareToiba,HarkatulJihad,JoisheMohammed,

HizbutTowhid,JamaatulMujahinBangladesh,HizbutTahrir,RSO,ARNO,IbtadaTullahalMuslemin

[ITM],UnitedStudentAssociationofArakanMovement,ASSFetcareconspiringtoestablishaSharia

estatewithintheeasternprovinceinBangladesh.Withthetarget,theseJihadistterroroutfitsare

intensifyingactivities

within

Chittagong,

Rangamati,

Bandarban

and

Cox's

Bazar

districts,

which

are

borderingareasofMyanmar[Burma].Accordingtointelligencereports,theJihadistsareplanningto

establishanindependentShariastatenamed'Nuresia'withitsterritoryexpandedintoChittagong,

Rangamati,BandarbanandCox'sBazardistrictsinBangladeshandtheentireArakanProvincein

Myanmar.Capturedmembersof'JamaateArakan'confessedtointerrogatorsinBangladeshthatthe

planofestablishingindependent'Nuresia'stateisgetting"fullestsupport"fromtheMuslimpopulation

inArakanprovinceinMyanmar,aswellassomeoftheMuslimnationsintheworld.

Inatopsecretreport,oneofthesensitiveintelligenceagenciesinBangladeshinformedthegovernment

abouttheincreasedanddoubtfulmovementsofforeignnationalswithinChittagong,Rangamati,

BandarbanandCox'sBazardistrictsinBangladesh.Itsaid,peoplefromPakistan,Turkey,SaudiArabia,

KuwaitandSudanaswellassomeothercountriesarevisitingCox'sBazarinadoubtfulfrequencyin

recentdays.TheydistributedreliefmaterialsduringthemonthsofRamadanamongtheresidentsof

Chittagong,Rangamati,BandarbanandCox'sBazardistrictsinBangladesh,whilelargevolumeofrelief

materialsweresmuggledtoArakanProvincethroughcrossbordertraffickingnetworkcontrolledbythe

ArakanMuslimmilitiagroupsandtheirBangladeshicounterparts.

Theintelligencereportsaid,groupsofpeoplefromPakistanarevisitingHrilaMadrassawithinthe

BangladeshMyanmarborderinTeknaf,mostofwhoarearrivinginBangladeshwith'onarrivalvisa'.It

alsosaidthattheJihadistterroroutfitsaredistributinganewspapernamed'AtTahrid'withintheir

targetedareaofsocalled'Nuresia'Shariastate,whichhasrecentlypublishedaninterviewofPakistan

basedtopaideofOsamaBinLaden.TheJihadistsaregivingmotivationtothelocalsinwagingwar

against"enemiesofIslam"withtheaimofestablishingaseparate'Nuresia'statewithinSouthAsia.The

IslamistmilitantsarealsorecruitinglocalsfromChittagong,Rangamati,BandarbanandCox'sBazar

districtsinBangladeshaswellasArakanProvinceinMyanmarandsendingthemfor'training'in

Pakistanifrontier,JammuKashmirandPalestine.Itisalsolearntfromintelligencereportthat,

organizationssuchasHamas,MuslimBrotherhoodetcareprovidingsecretfundtotheseJihadistoutfits,

whileIranianregimeisalsoextendingpatronizationwithweaponsandfund.Theentireactivitiesof

theseJihadistsgroupsarereportedlycontrolledfromSaudiArabia,Pakistan,Libya,Singapore,Malaysia,

ThailandandUnitedKingdom.ChiefofHizbutTowhidmilitancygroupinMalaysia[KualaLumpur]is

collectingmillionsofdollarsfromvariousindividualsandorganizationsintheworld,inthenameof

'contributiontoestablishmentofsovereignNuresia'.

WhileBangladeshiauthoritiesaretakingtoughermeasuresin"combatingtheJihadists"onthebasisof

thetipsfromtheintelligenceagency,someothersourcestoldWeeklyBlitzthattheentirecaseof

intelligencereportandsubsequentgovernmentactionswereinitiatedtojustifyDhaka'srefusalin

allowingtheoppressedMuslimsinArakanProvinceintakingsafeshelterinsideBangladesh.Dhaka's

refusalinallowingtheMuslimstotakeshelterhadearnedhugecriticismintheWestandtheworld,

whileUSadministrationhasparticularlyexpressedseriousdissatisfactiononsuchstandofBangladesh.

Thesourcefurthersaidthattheentiredraftoftheintelligencereportwasplannedbyanintelligence

agencyofaneighboringcountryofBangladeshtocreatesympathyoftheWestinfavorofBangladesh

AwamiLeague.

Sensing

fastest

decline

in

popularity

of

the

ruling

party

in

Bangladesh,

the

intelligence

agencyoftheneighboringnationhasintensifiedpresenceofthemembersofitsagencyinside

Bangladesh,anditisevenlearntthatthesameintelligenceagencyisconspiringsome'majoroffensives'

toproveIslamistnotorietyinBangladesh.

SeekinganonymityanotherhighlyplacedsourceinsideBangladeshiintelligencesaid,theyneverheard

ofsuch'Nuresia'stateinthepastandtheentirestory"musthavebeenrecentlymanufactured"bythe

intelligenceagencyoftheneighboringcountrytodiverttheissuedofseriesoffailuresoftheruling

BangladeshAwamiLeagueaswellashighprofilecorruptions,withtheulteriormotiveofsalvagingthe

rulingpartyfromapossiblenosediveinnearfuture.
