Ensure that direct and next-level reports are supported in their professional development, by identifying and addressing collective areas of capacity building and by supporting the implementation of individual development plans.

DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE IN PROGRAM PLANNING, AND MONITORING AND EVALUATION.

Facilitate communication and coordination with other functional teams and coordinate or administer information to high officials as needed. Track the project’s budget expenditures and Monitor the projects process and outcome indicators and also demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge to diverse audience through training, mentoring and lecturing.

SKILLS

Ability to understand and analyze education sector issues based on reading, discussion and observation in order to provide written and oral recommendations, options and strategies. Ability to develop and lead a rigorous monitoring and evaluation plan to compile, analyze, and present education data in a variety of formats (charts, graphs, etc.).

Ability to organize workshops and performance monitoring reviews for different program stakeholders. Moreover doing administrative, technical, and financial management of large-scale technical.

Well computer literate and use Microsoft Excel, Database, etc.
