ISELECT MELBOURNE FC GUERNSEY GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 14 March 2017

1. These Terms & Conditions apply to the offer from iSelect Ltd (ABN 48 124 302 932) (iSelect) to

give Qualifying Customers a 2017 season Melbourne FC mens guernsey when they purchase an

Eligible Gas Product and an Eligible Electricity Product during the Giveaway Period (the Giveaway).

2. We recommend you read these Terms & Conditions in full. Participation in the Giveaway is deemed

acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. The Giveaway is only open to Qualifying Customers. A Qualifying Customer is an individual who:

(a) is an Australian resident aged 18 years or over at the start of the Giveaway Period. An

Australian resident is a person who resides in Australia and holds Australian citizenship or

holds an Australian permanent residency visa or has been in Australia continuously for six

months or more on a temporary work visa and currently resides in Australia; AND

(b) receives a promotional email or SMS or phone call from iSelect to the Melbourne FC members

database, inviting them to participate in the Giveaway; AND

(c) purchases BOTH an Eligible Gas Product and an Eligible Electricity Product at the same time,

through iSelect during the Giveaway Period; AND

(d) maintains and does not cancel either their Eligible Gas Product or Eligible Electricity Product

within 30 days of purchase;

(each a Qualifying Customer).

4. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, Eligible Gas Product means any gas product

purchased through iSelect or a Related Body Corporate of iSelect (excluding Infochoice Pty Ltd,

General Brokerage Services Pty Ltd (GBS) or any other GBS group entities such as Energy Watch

Trading Pty Ltd and Energy Watch Services Pty Ltd). Eligible Electricity Product means any

electricity product purchased through iSelect or a Related Body Corporate of iSelect (excluding

Infochoice Pty Ltd, General Brokerage Services Pty Ltd (GBS) or any other GBS group entities such as

Energy Watch Trading Pty Ltd and Energy Watch Services Pty Ltd).

5. The Giveaway Period begins at 10:00 AEDT 14 March 2017 and ends on 23:59 AEST 31 May 2017.

6. Each Qualifying Customer will be sent a voucher that can be used to redeem one 2017 season

Melbourne FC mens guernsey, up to a value of $120 (a Voucher). The Voucher can be redeemed

from the Melbourne FC shop on any mens team home fixture matchday. The 2017 season Melbourne

7. iSelect reserves the right at its absolute discretion to request information to verify your eligibility to

be a Qualifying Customer under these Terms & Conditions. For example, iSelect may require you to

provide information to verify your age, identity, or residential address.

8. Each Voucher will be sent after 31st May 2017. Each Voucher can be redeemed only once. Each

Voucher must be redeemed by 30 September 2017.

9. Melbourne Football Club mens guernseys are subject to availability. A suitable replacement will

be offered if preferred guernsey/size is unavailable.

10. Other information

(a) The Giveaway cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offer, giveaway or promotion

offered by iSelect or any Related Body Corporate of iSelect. The Giveaway is limited to one

Voucher to the value of $120 per household and is not redeemable for cash or any alternative

form of credit.

(b) Qualifying Customers will be deemed to have received all emails sent by iSelect (or any

designee of iSelect) to their nominated email address and iSelect is not obliged to take any

further action to verify any email address details provided or to confirm that Qualifying

Customers have received, opened or read any email sent in connection with the Giveaway.

(c) iSelect takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen Voucher and cannot reissue Vouchers in

any circumstances.

(d) iSelect reserves the right to disqualify any individual from participating in the Giveaway who

is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the Giveaway including the

redemption process or who has acted dishonestly or fraudulently in claiming a Voucher or

who has otherwise acted in a way which iSelect considers to be contrary to the spirit of these

terms and conditions.

(e) iSelect reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions of the Giveaway and/or to suspend

or terminate the Giveaway or vary the Giveaway at any time. This includes the right to

substitute the Voucher with a product of equal or greater value in circumstances where the

Voucher becomes unavailable for any reason. Any decision of iSelect on matters in relation to

the Giveaway is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

(f) Personal information and any other information provided by Qualifying Customers in the

Giveaway will be used by iSelect for the purpose of conducting and administering the

Giveaway. By participating in this Giveaway, you consent to the collection and storage of your

personal information by iSelect and that iSelect or any related body corporate of iSelect may

use that information for future promotional and marketing purposes, including sending you

information and promotions concerning its new products and services or the products or

services of any related body corporate of iSelect. iSelect may disclose your personal

information (including name and email address) to a Related Body Corporate of iSelect and

any of its contractors and agents engaged to assist in conducting this Giveaway. To see

(g) To the extent permitted by law, iSelect and any Related Body Corporate of iSelect, its

employees and agents, will not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs or expenses

suffered or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of,

or arising out of, or in any way connected to the Giveaway.

(h) In these Terms & Conditions, Related Body Corporate has the meaning given to it in the

Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
